John Dacy (JM Custom Homes) was an excellent design consultant for my custom home project. I am a builder that had some floor plan ideas & site planning for a nice 1 acre lot my wife & I had wanted to build on. We were knew to So. TX , so after carefull study of experienced design agents, we were fortunate to find Mr. Dacy. John was able to refine our ideas & desires to produce a complete architectural drawing package at a reasonable cost. We are very pleased with our finished project!

We have used Jon for 3 extensive remodels at our home in the hill country. First remodel involved converting an existing attached garage to a great room and powder room, as well as building a 2 car oversized detached garage. The remodel turned out beautiful with wood beamed high ceilings. No one would ever guess the room was not an original to the home. Second remodel involved a large outside limestone cabana set next to our pool. We are very happy with the outdoor living space. Third remodel involved totally gutting our master bathroom, extending the ceiling into the attic space, moving both his and her sinks and closets, as well as framing the copper tub in lime stone. We have been very happy with Jon's services and would absolutely use his creative expertise in the future!
