Atlas Roof Solutions

Very disappointed in the service provided by Atlas. In short, we bought some rooflights for £5000. They came with no instructions, our builders said that they would need to be hugely modified for them to work, the company said there would be no warranty if we fitted them and the supplier would not accept them as a return even though they were not fit for purpose. We have wasted so much time and money. If you want good roof lights and a good service then look elsewhere. The whole experience has been terrible. To top it off they are ignoring our emails. Atlas, if you do actually care about the service you provide then come and collect these rooflights and give us a refund.
