I have personally used Kj and Royal Oaks Design on many of my most successful home projects. Kj offers great feedback while meeting both the clients needs and mine as the builder. The most important tool to me, is that Kj LISTENS to the client. This seems obvious but when the drafts come back and you see the clients eyes light up as if to say " That's IT!!". Kj is very responsive in communication and his turn around on projects keep us on time and on budget. Kj is one of my "go to guys" when I need a thoughtful, intelligent and classy design.
