We hired Toronto Condo Staging and Design to help us with two projects concurrently. We moved our tenants out of one of condos into our new second condo temporarily so we could renovate the rental before we moved in to the new one. We gutted the kitchens and bathrooms at the rental and modernized them. In the meantime, we planned the full furnishing, painting, and installation of an island, closet organizers and a Murphy bed, as well as lighting and decorative accents for the new condo. TCSD designed, negotiated with and coordinated all trades and suppliers on our behalf, selected and proposed color schemes and accessories that matched our specified taste and needs. All of this was done on schedule, on budget, without us having to deal with suppliers on any warranty or replacement issues. TCSD also coordinated with our condo management offices for elevator bookings for coordinated deliveries minimizing disruption in our buildings. In the end, we were given a binder with all the receipts and product manuals for our records. When our tenants moved out back to our rental unit, and we moved into our new unit a few weeks later, there was nothing for us to do but enjoy a beautiful new home. On budget, on time, no stress and what we asked for. It doesn't get any better!!

We hired Darren and Lucie to help us with designing our 2-bedroom condo in downtown Toronto. When we first met them, most of our furniture and accessories were beige, brown and grey. They managed to get us to use splashes of colour in our new space, and they recommended new furniture and accessories, while working around pieces we already had. Overall, we are happy with the final product. They successfully incorporated some of our artwork and trinkets that we have collected in our travels and they tried to maximize storage for us. While our place does look nicely put together, we still feel that there are also elements of us in the space and we can actually live comfortably in the finished space. During the process, Darren and Lucie accommodated us by dropping off keys to my office, they considered our comments and feedback, they answered emails promptly and they invoiced us in a timely manner. We have already recommended their services to others.
