She is very organized and communicates very well with us builders which is (in my opinion) the most important part of the project. Amy Laner helped my husband and me realize our dream. Our architect and builder both recommended Amy to help us. I thought I would not really need a designer, but was I wrong! Amy listened very carefully to our desires and made them come true. She also gently steered us away from what I now know would have been disastrous choices. We spent nearly 2 1/2 years designing and building our custom home and couldn't have done it without her. Amy is a consummate professional - a superb listener, strong communicator, knowledgeable of all practical aspects of construction and installation of finishes, and just an incredibly talented designer. During the course of construction she was always there to keep us on track and on schedule - not an easy task given the complexity of our project and our very busy schedules. The end result is a stunning new home that is a true reflection of our tastes and lifestyle. Over 45 different subcontractors of all varieties were involved with our project and I can honestly say that Amy ranks at the top of the list! Working with Amy Laner on our kitchen remodel was a pleasure because she really listens to what the client wants. To achieve that she helps them sort through the maze of decision-making while being mindful of their budget, style preferences and flexibility. She has no problem helping you achieve your dream, even if your style is not what she would choose. When glitches arise (and they often do, in a remodel) she takes the lead to sort out the problem and acts as liaison. She is professional in every aspect, pleasant, fair, direct and upfront, and we highly recommend her (so much so, we just hired her again for her design expertise for our master bath remodel). We trust her skills as a designer and know she will do what it takes to provide excellent service.

Amy was our design professional for the total remodel of the exterior and interior of a long time Mexican Restaurant. Anjo Designs is so great to work with, I now look forward to renovation and design projects instead of dreading them as I used to. They have renovated my kitchen: new tile floor, countertops and island, backsplash, and paint. They've painted my entire house inside and out. And they helped me choose window treatments, custom furniture designs (including the custom sofa pillows), carpet for stairways, and tore out three different floor materials to replace the entire downstairs with beautiful wood floors. We we able to be away during the work and they took great care of our home, including the unexpected issues that always appear during a reno. The also completed the work promptly so we could arrive to a clean home that didn't smell of paint. And they are highly talented, creative, and stick to the budget.

John Simmons of C3 is selling my house in Berthoud, Colorado. He recommended Amy Laner for staging. Since I am not a pack rat and do not like clutter, Amy thought my house was already pretty much staged. Amy and her assistant, Gretchen took over 2 hours walking the interior of my house. Amy was extremely detailed in her observation while Gretchen took notes. For example, Amy recommended power washing the bird droppings above the front door and replacing the elegant door knob that was bleached from the sun to make the front door poop. Afterwards Amy spent another 45 minutes going over notes and getting to know me. I would highly recommend Amy's service to anyone and Gretchen was professional and personable.
