Ann Schamberger’s passion for design and heart for people keep clients returning time and time again. “Each client and space is unique. It is an honor to guide my clients thru the design process and bring to fruition an interior that reflects their style, function, and aesthetics.” Maria Killiam Certified Once an elementary school teacher, Ann is able to her transfer her enthusiasm and knowledge of design to meet the individual needs of each client while remaining within the framework of any budget. After being a stay at home mother of two, Ann sought her associates degree at the Art Institute. She is also a certified color expert and has trained with Maria Killiam. She is an accredited Stager and associated with Barbara Schwartz Home Stagers. Ann has put to use her passion and knowledge by staging, designing, and redesigning homes for clients in the Houston, Denver, and Destin areas.

She has helped us design a full house of furniture. We went to several local furniture stores & she sourced some items herself. The house looks terrific & we it was a pleasure working with her.

Ann was very profesional but yet down to earth and easy to work with. She listened to me but guided me through this all consuming project and the outcome was absolutely the feel I was trying to achieve. She will work within your budget and the outcome will make you never want to leave your home !!!

Ann is AMAZING! I knew the look I wanted for our bathroom renovation, but was struggling to put it all together. Ann is such a good listener. After fumbling through a description of what I wanted and showing Ann a few pictures she walked me through some ideas and it was like magic....my vision came to life with Ann's help and expertise! We would recommend Ann to everyone! Best Interior Designer to work with!

Ann is the person you need to decorate your home/business. Truly creative and able to blend designs while maintaining an affordable budget. She remodeled my condo and I couldn't be happier! Presenting many ideas that cater to my personal taste and budget. She puts in the time and effort to ensure you are happy and get what you desire, dealing with any issues that may arise from manufacturers. Ann has a "Beautiful Mind" when it comes to interior design.

Ann is fantastic! She was quick to respond to every text, email, and call. She had wonderful ideas and my only regret is that she moved to Florida! You will not find someone with more dedication, hire her now!

Anne came to my rescue on my master bathroom renovation and provided the vision I could not. She selected tile for the shower, floors and accent wall and color for repainting cabinets. She brought samples to the house, answered my last minute text questions on directions to give the contractor and simplified a process that was overwhelming to me. Ann is patient and helpful. I would recommend Ann and use her again.

Ann and her team at Ann P. Brennan Interior Designs were wonderful to work with and they helped transform my home vision into reality. I especially like that she is willing to work not only FOR you but WITH you, and because of my limited budget I prefer to be very involved. This is not true of all designers, but you can trust Ann to really listen to her clients and deliver in every way. Ann is also very creative and has expertise in making both interior and exterior color selections, and is patient to ensure her clients are completely satisfied. Ann went above and beyond accommodating my busy schedule and adds the extra touches that count. I would highly recommend Ann P. Brennan Interior Designs!

Ann was a delight from the moment she introduced herself to me and my Aunt at her retirement apartment. I had read about Ann and her design business in the Houston Chronicle article written by Diane Cowen. My Aunt liked the article and what the retirement ladies had to say about their lives and downsizing. My Aunt wanted to re-do her the dining room. Only keeping a few of her treasures. We didn't contact Ann right away, it was going to take some getting ready to move to the new place. Ann set up time for initial visit to see what type of things my aunt would like to see in her place. The set up a time to go shopping for furniture and to help see what would work best in the space. Though Ann is a seasoned, knowledgeable designer, working with her is so pleasant you'll feel like you're spending an afternoon with a good friend. Her assessment and visualization skills are excellent. What ever the challenges, she makes use of space that is magical! One of my favorite things about Ann is her capability of improving a space utilizing existing materials. This helped us hold down costs without sacrificing amazing results. We loved her work and will contract her again in the future.

Ann immediately saw the challenge facing us with an apartment in a newly constructed building - stark white walls and limited space. Ergo, soon a sea-mist hued wallpaper covered the longest wall and she found furniture to enhance the limited living/dining room space to create a warm inviting area. She displayed her great taste in hanging the art work to best advantage. And she didn't forget that the small pieces should be displayed to best advantage. As a result when company walks in they invariably say "How lovely".

Ann is a great design professional who truly listens to the needs of her clients. Ann designed my living, kitchens and baths and did an outstanding job. My living room was featured in a 2017 edition of Houston House and Home. My entire home is a cohesive retreat which reflects my lifestyle and makes me happy when I'm at home. I would highly recommend Ann to anyone seeking design help for projects small and large!

I can't say enough about the skill and expertise of Ann P. Brennan Interiors. I worked with Ann to design the furnishings for my significantly downsized home. She is amazing in all areas of design: color, scale, flow, sourcing and more. She was very cautious to work within my budget and design a space that feels like home to me.

Commented: Table and chairs?The table is from Restoration Hardware. The dining chairs the client had before the project. She purchased those from Laurie's Antiques. The slipcovers are custom.
