The Landscape Department at Sneed's

Love your new landscaping. Tim listened to our likes and gave us a plan which we were thrilled with. He also came over many times to answer questions and follow up with the workers. We were pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend Sneed's and Tim.

Last February Tim came to my home to listen to my concerns -the steepness of the hill in my backyard, ersoion, my limited mobility due to arthritis, a desire to get up and down the hill more easily, a pretty view from my kitchen and deck. After a series of meetings and refinement of plans Tim scheduled the project to begin with the close of school so I could be on hand if any questions arose. My husband and I were so pleased with the plans we extended the project to include an improved front entrance and driveway. Tim and his amazing hardworking crew brought my dreams to reality with a lovely blooming yard with stone stairway and accent walls reminding me of the stonefences my greatgrandparents had built on our farm in West Virginia. From beginning to end Tim and the staff from Sneed's were a pleasure with which to work.

I hired Tim Krueger (Sneed's Nursery) to completely transform my front yard from an unsightly, ivy-filled ditch to a beautiful lawn and natural area, divided by an engineered, stone-veneer retaining wall, complete with planting beds and an irrigation system. The job was challenging to say the least. I started out with a number of competing concept designs from several landscape architect / designers and bids from a number of landscape contractors. Tim came up with the overall best design (taking into account our budget and our goals), and his pricing was extremely competitive. Another significant consideration in my decision to go with Sneed's was the fact that they could do everything turnkey -- I did not have to deal with hiring my own mason, irrigation contractor, etc. and coordinating the work. I did my due diligence and spoke with a number of Tim's former and current clients and he was highly recommended by all. The workmanship was very timely and first-class in all respects, and Tim and his crew patiently worked with us as we "changed our minds" and tweaked details along the way -- no question that he was more concerned with delivering something that we were happy with rather than rushing to finish the job, or nickel-and-diming us with extras. Tim's crew was very conscientious about not damaging or disturbing surrounding landscape and structures and keeping a clean worksite. Tim also stayed on top of every detail, was always responsive and willing to meet with us at a moment's notice, and kept us informed the whole way. Extremely pleased overall and would strongly recommend Tim and his crew. I'm looking forward to working with them again as we tackle other landscaping projects.

We hired Tim Krueger to design and implement a landscape plan for our residential property. We had a number of requirements, including low maintenance plants, privacy concerns, pets and drainage issues. Tim managed to overcome all of these issues and designed a fantastic plan for us. He oversaw the implementation, and addressed every issue that arose. Tim is extremely professional and responsive, and paid attention to our requests in designing the plan. He was also not happy until the work was specifically done to his satisfaction. I wish all our experiences with other types of contractors were this good. We highly recommend him.

Sneeds provided a design build project. It was a patio and retaining wall in our sloped backyard with accompanying plants. They were on time and on budget with a fixed price contract. I hired Tim Krueger and Sneed's Nursery to do a pretty extensive job in my backyard that included a hardscape patio and retaining wall, landscape design and plantings and lighting. Tim and his company were a joy to work with as he gave good advice, was clear and complete in all communications about the job and made sure that the entire project came in on time and on budget. Even when we ran into a couple of unanticipated issues and unforeseen obstacles along the way, Tim and his crew adjusted, adapted and worked with me to figure out a solution. We have used Sneed's Landscape design and implementation services for several paving projects and for a majoy redesign of our driveway and street entrance to the driveway. Tim Krueger's designs were extremely good for our applications and the actual installations went very well and timely. His work crews were very good, professional, and very easy to communicate with. Tim was very thorough monitoring the projects to make certain everything was going per plan as well making any small adjustments as necessary to follow the shape of the land and visual effects. Tim and his crews always listened to our questions and provided good responses to them and any of our concerns and needs.
