Was VERY Disappointed in their customer service! Here were the issues: 1 Corner cabinet where sink was going, they put a drawer in. My contractor had to spend time redoing it himself. 2. The frosted glass doors on 4 of the upper cabinets which had silver frames around the glass were hollow. The ones in the showroom were wood with the silver finish over. This made it impossible to put handles on them. 3. The sizing was wrong and again my contractor had to fix. 4. Cabinets were late 5. When talking to my sales rep, David Sheppard, he did not do anything to help!!! It was very frustrating to say the least and I would never use them again.

Excellent selection of cabinetry. Prices varied for many budgets. We used Seifer for kitchen design. We selected Kraftmade. We used our own Kitchen designer, just ordering the cabinets through Seifer - which helped the process. Cabinet delivery took on the long end of what was communicated. Overall satisfied with the product.

the salesperson was very respectful. Explained the process of installing granite counter tops very clearly. Helped us to select colors based on the existing cabinets and flooring.
