Homelane agreement is a fraud It is a mere advertisement. Our project is onhold from the last 5 years. Homelane does not have designers and measurement-taking professionals at all all they have are some lego game pieces. If the lego pieces fit into the space then you are lucky OR else weep and curse the advertisement and reviews you followed If you ask them to pay compensation then they will cook stories and send fake legal notices. Then keep running here and there to the court for legal battles to prove that the Homelane company took hefty amount in advance, left the work pending And then sent some fake legal notices through law firms.

Highly unprofessional and not trust worthy Don't fall in their trap..we had given work to them but they are fraudster after taking money there is no communication done from their end..and if you want to cancel the too they will not agree to give refund

Highly unprofessional.. It's a trap and I got into the same by paying advance of Rs 25000 and in a week time I realised that I am into the trap and had to quit and money gone without any service delivered. The promise of 45 days delivery is. False marketing gimik and reality was told to me after payment of advance that it would take more than 2.5 months Stay Away .. They simply cheat customers

I recommend considering other options for your home design needs, as HomeLane primarily offers pre-designed products, their pricing is often high, and every clients have faced issues with their services. Very unprofessional attitude and didn't complete the work on time. Not sure why this it is taking too much of time.

After sales service dose not exist. Local staff is incompetent and never respond. It is only while they want a order, everyone will be at your service. Thereafter, they forget to provide the service even as per contract. My advise is to avoid Home Lane.

Please don't waste money, u an facing lot of issues , they are using pathetic material, I requested them to return my money, they took Rs 35000 with zero work later I came to know the material is pathetic, from past 1 month I am behind them, but they are not returning my money, now they stopped taking my calls and emails

Marketing and Sales They have awesome team members where they will feel that you are a precious customer for them and they will explain nicely about work comparison with local vendors and other competitors. Here, they will play very smartly where they will mention that they are providing end to end customized solutions for every customer and give 45 days guarantee to complete work but there is catch present where First of all, they are not providing end to end solutions to customers, they will provide solutions which they feel that they can do during the design and execution period. All other work, you need to find out external vendors. They do not have a dedicated team to complete work, they are dependent on external vendors to complete work. All external vendors work based on their condition, and there is always miscommunication between parties as multiple parties are involved here. Another major marketing point is to complete work in 45 days which is pure marketing gimmick. They are claiming that they will pay rent if work is not completed but this payment is just based on pending work, but not on any work. Design They have experienced designers and they will help you in the design part as many times you asked but there is another catch here where they will work or design based on management decisions, not based on your vision. After discussing with all team members, I understand that they have cleared instructions to design such a way there is not much customized work involved. Example, most customers prefer that they should have strip lights in the kitchen but they will not do grooving but they will do it as external. This is easy for them but this is not good for customers for durability and look wise. Another example, they will prefer that foyer work should have just a shoe rack or direct wall paper design as it is easy for them to do it. If you ask them for a more customized design then they will include it but end of day, it is your responsibility to do it. Execution There is no dedicated team for their side to complete your SAME work which means that multiple members will do the same work based on their assignment. I feel that it may create issues, especially installment where you will not get good finishing work. They always said that we have a dedicated project manager to review tasks but they would respond their way, sometimes they would respond when the task is screwed up. if something went wrong with the installation then they would not replace it. Example, I asked them to go with a soft closure sliding door but it is not installed properly so it would stop working after a few days. I raised a complaint with them then someone would visit and repair it again. After a few days,

The worst interior design company. Would strongly recommend not to with them. Here is why : 1) designers - the designers are just order takers for modular pieces. They hardly bring any design experience to the project. Designing for them is how many pieces of modular elements you would need and they just create a Bill. That’s their design 2 ) factory production- over the design horror is over the factory incompetency takes over. Many pieces were missing in my order. Many pieces were wrongly delivered. The carpenters cannot work as many pieces were not delivered 3) 45 day delivery - this is a plain simple lie. My project has crossed much beyond 45 days and it is still not delivered. When they realise they cannot deliver on time. They send mails with some random reasons on why it cannot be delivered in 45 days 4) fit and finish - the fit and finish is so bad that you are better off hitting a local carpenter because they are making mistakes that are so basic. Like one door rubs against another door when you open it. 5) unresponsive staff - the staff is totally unresponsive and don’t take your calls. Overall i would say that i would never recommend you go through the same ordeal so please don’t waste time on homelane. Go with someone else

HomeLane as a company is useless and I will never recommend them to anyone. Please stay away from them at all costs. You are better off doing this yourselves with IKEA to get things done on time. They also broke our floor tiles while working. They delayed the entire process by more than 1 month and still did not honor their 45 day(+10 day buffer) agreement. They gave lame reasons to not pay us back. They have very bad workers and management. Extremely unprofessional. No time sense, no courtesy to let the customer know about the delays. Quality defects were huge! Lot of scratches and alignment issues. They damaged our kitchen wall tiles. They did not cut them straight and had very bad finishing.

The team is highly unprofessional. The sales team gives a demo and paints a very good picture of how the house would shape up but half of the designers are outsourced and they hardly bother about the details. The team does not respond to calls, messages and neither acknowledge the enhancements given by the customer.The carpenters are unprofessional and the work done is not upto the mark. The team does not abide with deadlines. Be careful of Mr. Abhilash and Mr. Emmanuel.

Please see attached photo of your project condition as on 16 May,22, it is very shocking to me that this situation persists for last three months even after making 100% advance payment of total project. Now I can't keep patience even for a day It is very difficult to understand how you guys execute your project as agreed design and material in this situation. While I am waiting for proper planning and target date from home lane since last 2 months. At the time of agreement you mentioned a good hierarchy for project execution but it is very shocking that You didn't have any good and experienced team who could execute the project as per designing. I am open for discussion with any body regarding this project.
