As a dealer that has been selling Kountry Kraft cabinets exclusively now for a few years we are always amazed at the craftsmanship, and quality of their work! Our clients are always amazed at the outcome of their beautiful custom kitchens and baths!

I purchased custom kitchen cabinets from them through a dealer ho has gone out of business. Unfortunately, th custom paint finish got damaged around the door and drawer handles. While I never thought that their warranty would cover the repairs , I had hoped that they would let me send them the some of the door and:drawer panels to be touched up by their crew. They replied they could not help me but that I should get a furniture refinisher is o,do th work or that they could sell me new cabinets. Very shoddy customer service and lack of integrity. I,spent a ton of money on the cabinets. I,would never use them again!

Kountry Kraft, Inc. proudly warrants its manufactured product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use and care for as long as the original purchaser owns the product and the product is at the original site of installation. After reviewing the photography provided of the cabinetry, we recognized the extent of the damage was severe and not covered under warranty. The finish was completely absent in some spots appearing as if it was sanded. Our company does not provide refinishing of cabinetry, and we recommend you find a local furniture refinisher that is near you. We sell throughout the United States through dealers, and are not necessarily familiar with the talents of the local furniture refinishers in each region. Since the cabinetry has been installed for twenty years, the paint has aged to a patina that would need to be matched on site. We feel this situation is a lack of clear communication and hope this response clears up any misunderstandings that may have occurred during your conversation.

We've hired this company to add an island to our existing kitchen. We received an excellent service. They told us it would be about 4-6 weeks, and it was. They told us the price, and it didn't change. The person we've worked with was very pleasant, and we are very happy with the outcome!
