From start to finish, we have had a wonderful experience with A & B Contracting during our kitchen renovation. A & B's interior designer and architect, Luciana, helped us design a kitchen which is not only beautiful, but extremely functional, and helped incorporate all of our own dream ideas and wishes. She was a pleasure to work with. Anibal, owner of A & B and his entire crew could not have been more professional and accommodating to our need to continue living a "semi-normal" life during such a large project. Importantly, their work was on time and on budget. We would recommend A & B to anyone looking to have a stress free, great result when doing any renovation, especially a major project as our kitchen was.

This is the third renovation that A&B Contracting has completed in my home. This last renovation was on my 34 year old bathroom. And oh boy, the transformation is amazing! From start to finish, the professionalism and skill of this amazing team was superb. They guided me with every decision with a true sense of caring and knowledge. The challenge of the room's limitations required an out-of-the-box thought process. With the careful consideration, and knowledgable workers, the kitchen's flaws have been successfully addressed. Luciana's design for my small space increased efficiency and maximized space. Anibal built my custom cabinets. Including my requested brush-stroke and glazed finish. All the workers were professional and neat. Each one taking pride in his craft. Every day they left the workspace clean. They go above and beyond for their clients. Communicating is easy - texts and phone calls are returned quickly. Luciana met me at the stone supplier and helped me choose. Several samples were made for the custom color and texture of the cabinets and wall. There was one issue which was resolved. ' At another time, they installed a floor in another room. The same attention to detail was applied to this small project. I was just as pleased. I look forward to working with A&B on my next project. I highly recommend this company for any contracting project.

A&B Contracting completed several renovations on our NYC apartment. They made excellent suggestions on products, improvements, lighting and even paint color. They were respectful of other tenants in the building and kept the building super informed of schedule. They communicated regularly and completed each job on time and within price quotations. We have a beautiful new apartment now, thanks to A&B.

They've worked on my Manhattan condo and on my Long Island house. The most extensive work was on my Long Island house. They painted my condo, redesigned and built a walk-in closet, built shelves and cabinets, installed new hardwood floors, ran the cables for the TV inside the walls, extending them to more rooms. On Long Island, they remodeled and repaired damage from Hurricane Sandy, opened up the kitchen/dining room, designed, built and installed custom cabinetry; they redesigned and rebuilt the laundry room; they added a second bath upstairs, and custom closets; they redesigned the downstairs master bath and the powder room, adding new fixtures and tile. They insulated walls that had no previous insulation, and added a new roof. They built and installed custom cabinetry in the den and master bath; they built custom bookshelves in the living room and den. They installed granite counter tops in the kitchen and marble counters in the bathrooms. They installed handmade terra-cotta floors in the kitchen/dining room and laundry. They repaired and put a new chimney lining, surround, and mantel in the living room fireplace and installed a wood-burning stove inside the den fireplace. They replaced the dining room and mud room windows and repaired historic windows that were damaged. They painted the interior and the exterior of the house, repaired shingles where necessary, added waterproofing to the outside bricks of the house. Their work is top-notch. I wouldn't hire another contractor. They're absolutely terrific.

My experience with A&B Contracting Co. was 100% positive. From conception to completion, our project was managed and executed in a most professional and exceptional way. Luciana and I were on the same wavelength in terms of design and aesthetics every step of the process and the end result is gorgeous! All workmanship was extremely high quality including materials, paint, finishes, as well as plumbing and electric. I was especially grateful for the way they handled the New York City Buildings Dept. in obtaining the necessary permits and certificates (which was not an easy task). I would highly recommend this company.

Patient, understanding and VERY talented. I worked with A&B Contracting Co in capturing imagery of their designs for their marketing material. They have an amazing eye for detail which made the imagery process fun and smooth. I look forward to following their projects and working with them again and again in the future.
