Based in Paonia, CO and serving Paonia, Hotchkiss and Crawford, we specialize in repairs, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, additions and customized projects. Formerly of Marblehead, MA and N. Conway , NH, Jamie now works exclusively in Colorado.

We highly recommend James Gilroy House Wright, Inc. for any home improvement or renovation project. We created a new front entrance, converted a sunporch into an office, and added on a master bedroom/bathroom suite. We were very impressed with James Gilroy and his company. The work was completed on time and with perfection. Their attention to detail and professionalism are only a handful of positive traits making the business the benchmark by which the industry should be measured. James Gilroy and his employees were incredible with their communication skills, and we always felt we were his highest priority. If we could have done the project over we would not have changed a thing.

We hired Jamie Gilroy to oversee and renovate our historic-era home in Marblehead, MA, and there aren't enough superlatives to describe Jamie's approach to his projects. Jamie and crew (including office staff) are meticulous, detailed, prompt, and responsive - they even organized and swept the job site every evening before leaving! Jamie worked closely with the architect, Taproot Design, to build an addition (bedroom, bath, dressing area, and expanded living room) that is seamless with the existing antique home. Jamie went above and beyond to ensure that the entire experience was as smooth as a major renovation could be. This was a big project, yet they came in on budget and schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

We hired James Gilroy House Wright, Inc. for an extensive renovation of our 150+ year old home in Marblehead, MA. We gut-renovated 2 floors of the 3-story house including an entire kitchen remodel, 2.5 new baths, new electrical, new plumbing, new floors, tearing down 2 staircases and building one new central staircase, replacing all windows and doors...I'm surely forgetting things, but needless to say it was a big job spanning about 6 months. The entire House Wright team is conscientious, professional, hard-working and really a pleasure to work with. It was an extensive and expensive project, but the quality of the finish work and the attention to detail we received (and STILL receive) from Jamie and his crew made it worth every penny.
