I fell in love with this development before houses were even built! I was looking for something modern with views that was energy efficient. I literally watched this development progress from the moment they broke ground. All of the houses are unique and have different and equally alluring views. My house in particular, has windows, light and views from all sides and most importantly it has not only views of San Francisco it has views of the San Carlos Airport and beyond, an airport I flew out of regularly for years. The houses are beautifully appointed and have their own character which blends the modern architecture with the old world charm of mature oak trees scattered throughout the property. Each room has its own dramatic view and character.

We recently bought a new construction from Aron Builders and we are very impressed by the modern design and advanced technology used in the house. It's also very convenient to track any concerns/issues we raised during the process as they have a dedicated ticket tracking system.

We are about 4 months into construction and have has a great experience so far. Their customer service is amazing - they are extremely responsive, transparent and work hard to accommodate all our requests. The project is progressing in a timely manner. Their use of 3D renderings, drone footage, on-site 360 degree cameras, weekly project reports, etc helps us make decisions and gives us full visibility into the progress of the project.
