Seth just completed plans for my lake home. It's been a pleasure to work with him. He has expertise in both structure and design and is an excellent communicator. He also respects budget constraints and has given an accurate assessment of actual costs. His fee structure is fair and transparent. If you are hiring an architect I encourage you to include him in your interview process and see for yourself.
