I happened to hit Bob Webb Builders in an internal transition which made some of the accounting and follow-up challenging, but after 1-1/2 years in my custom built home, I could not be happier with the craftsmanship and quality throughout. Their subconstactors are top-shelf, which means very little 'tweaking' is necessary in the final stages with a lasting value you won't find elsewehre. I give them a Five Star rating.

Could not be happier with our new Bob Webb condo. Before this, we lived in a Bob Webb home for 35 years so this is our second. Enough said.

As an owner of a Bob Webb home after going through the building process with them I can tell you it was painful. They are difficult to work with, inflexible, and charge too much for upgrades. Now that they are building out our neighborhood they leave the streets a mess and don't care about the opinions and suggestions of community. They are very poor at customer service and seem indifferent to what their customers want.

We are in our second Bob Webb home and absolutely love it! The buying process through them was positive and we have always received excellent customer service. The quality of our home is exceptional! We would definitely recommend Bob Webb to our family and friends!

Built two custom homes with Bob Webb. Each home was impeccable. Upon re-sale, each home inspector commented that "Bob Webb homes are always very well built," and both home inspections resulted in NO request for repairs! Our homes were completed at the exact price we were told to expect as well. The team was very up front with us and excellent with communication and responsiveness throughout the entire process. They also stood by their craftsmanship during the entire time we lived in the homes. We are so comfortable and impressed, we would build with Bob Webb again in a heartbeat!
