We always planned to build our home using a new wall system new to QLD. While in theory it sounded good – finding a builder to take on the work was another thing. However a chance phone call to Symcorp was where it all began for us and we’ve never looked back. Building a home comes with its usual set of challenges, but working with a product new to QLD created a whole new bunch of challenges for us all. Chris & Heath were understanding & accommodating to all our needs and jointly we worked through the issues that arose with a successful, stress-free outcome. When we were faced with major challenges of building supply shortages & shipping container issues, all revolving around the three global pandemics & unprecedented weather conditions - the support we received from Symcorp was unwavering. Josh was the primary site supervisor on this job and we found that his uncompromising passion for his work instilled confidence that the end result would be nothing short of amazing. All the Symcorp crew & trades that helped build our home were polite, friendly and very respectful. Our neighbours even commented to us regularly on how polite the trades were when they had interactions with them. Symcorp Building Services have just finished a complete renovation of our Main Beach Apartment April 2022. My wife and myself are very satisfied with the body of work carried out, and innovative contributions made by their Professional Staff and Design Team. The Renovations have transformed our Unit into an open space with cleaver removal of non load bearing fixtures and tiles throughout flowing onto two balconies. We have a very liveable areas giving us new dimensions of enjoying our New Home. . Symcorp suggested changes to suit our needs and gives us more areas for Storage, including our Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and Dressing Rooms. The Kitchen Design is practical and works well with appliances and Cupboard space. The Tradesmen were well mannered and treated us well. All care was taken and any problems attended to without argument. We have needed some callbacks to attend to minor work, this has been actionable within a few days. We engaged Symcorp to completely renovate our home, including an extension and new larger bedroom balcony. Overall we are very pleased with Symcorp’s work, with special mention due project manager Kris' incredible ability to foresee issues and the insight to make changes on the fly - most noticeably getting rid of a pillar in the extension that was left in the original design, making an enormous difference to the final layout. Also Kris stage managing the opening up of the kitchen has greatly improved the feel of the new extension. Also on the special mention list are the Josh and T.K. team - it made such a difference to us knowing Josh was in charge on site. He cared about this project just he would were it his own home, so we knew everything would be done properly. He picked up on several issues and ensured they were resolved. T.K worked very well with Josh, with a similar do-it-right attitude, and they make an excellent team. Kris, Josh and T.K. were also a joy to know - they’re just wonderful people. All the Symcorp team, and everyone who attended on-site, have been a pleasure to know - a credit to the company. Also those we only know via email. We enjoyed a great relationship with the Tilers (Jeff’s team) and Electricians (Callum’s team) in particular and their work is outstanding. All the other trades were very friendly, skilful and were also greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Symcorp recently completed a second level addition to our property in Broadbeach waters and can’t be more happier with the end product, we had an idea of what we wanted and the team managed to make it reality. We went through Symcorp for our renovations last year. We just love everything about the process and final reno and we have our dream entertainment area come to life.

We had a 300k renovation of our home by this company 3 years ago. We paid our accounts on time, helped them with the cleaning and went out of our way to assist where we could. We have had to have our roof redone and repainted as the quality was so poor, the inside of the house repainted as it started peeling and bubbling after 12 months. Our purpose made feature cabinet was incorrectly installed. Our pantry draws started to malfunction because of shoddy workmanship etc etc. We’ve given up contacting them as they refuse to respond to emails and phone messages. The only reason I have given them a 1 star is they started off well. It seems once they were paid their care factor and pride in their craftsmanship dissipated. I see other reviews are all 5 so I’m not sure why we didn’t receive the same quality. This isn’t a vent, it’s information so prospective customers can make a balanced decision in choosing them.

My husband and I decided that we would take the leap of renovating our current home into our dream home! From the moment we engaged with Symcorp Building Services about our options, we instantly felt comfortable. They provided professional advice and service throughout the entire renovation process and we never felt that anything was ever too much for the team. We would highly recommend Symcorp for any home project required. They were extremely professional, stuck to the quote given, and finished our garage conversion to a very high standard. We have added a new rumpus room and flyover carport to our home, at a far less price than moving! We would definitely use them again!

I found Symcorp through google having recently moved to the Gold Coast and not knowing any builders. I studied the reviews and found that the vast majority of their clients had been very satisfied. Hence I took a punt on a builder I didn't know and it paid off. After obtaining prices from three builders I found that Symcorp were the most detailed and fairest in their quote. I had engaged an independent estimator and Symcorp's price was within a couple of percent of the estimator. The Symcorp team embarked on the build and we encountered some of the unknown problems you would expect when doing a renovation. Symcorp's ability to deal with them and communicate well as we went meant we navigated them and kept on track. This was down to having a very good site foreman who was efficient, communicated well and trouble shot things that arose instantly. I was on a tight time frame to get the project finished for visitors and the Symcorp team pulled out all the stops to make sure we hit the deadline. The quality of the build was excellent due to having very good tradesmen. Overall I was very happy with Symcorp and I would be happy to use them again

Working with builders in and around your home for large renovations can be difficult but the team at Symcorp made it a pleasure from start to finish. A few issues arose during the period with dodgy tiles from National, they took the cost of this and any issues that occured were dealt with swiftly by Chris and Daniel. After completion issues were dealt with by fast friendly service. They also recommended Gold Coast Family pools for our pool job and they did a great job as well.

After going through the stress of moving interstate and purchasing what we thought was our dream home, many things started falling apart and we found ourselves living our own personal and emotional hell. Blockages, leaks, flooded bathrooms, holes in walls, water pouring in through ceilings, rotting wood...you name it, we found it. Calling Symcorp was the BEST thing we could have done. Heath took the time to sit with us and walk us through every step -- from start to finish -- helping us through the entire process. What should have been a stressful renovation turned into a pleasant and fairly stress-free experience. Nothing was ever a hassle and they gave us quality; a high-standard end result as promised. Any problems were easily and quickly resolved and we FINALLY have our dream home better than we ever imagined. All of their tradies and girls at the showroom are friendly, respectful and took care of us, while Chris and Heath STILL go out of their way to make sure we are happy even though they have finished the massive job. To be honest, I still walk around my house in awe of what it looks like today compared to how it was when we first bought it. I can't thank them enough! We worked alongside Symcorp on a private house renovation, completing the new landscape for the project. All the projected renovation deadlines for Symcorp were met so we could in turn meet our projected timeframes for the client. Symcorp were excellent in communicating any project changes to us so that we were aware of any changes we needed make in regards to the hardscape and landscape.
