Andrea Egan - BOWA

We partnered with Andrea Egan Designs to guide us through an interior update of our home a few years ago--great move on our part! Instead of dragging on and never reaching our ultimate goal of an aesthetically welcoming and functional home for us and our 5 five kids, Andrea focused the project utilizing our own home mission statement. I told her I wanted to create a comfortable home that's easy to maintain and looks like it belongs in a magazine--then she went to work! Through her gifted eye for design and respect for our lifestyle, spaces were transformed quickly and well within our budget. Andrea brings a wealth of knowledge combined with great attention to cost, time and resources to the table. She has forever changed the way we approach organization and decluttering in order to stay true to our family's home mission statement.

A custom home is full of design decisions and details. Our contractor provided Andrea Egan to help us make decisions regarding colors, floors, tile, fixtures, appliances, cabinetry, etc. Andrea guided us through the process with creativity and good design sense. Some of her suggestions were simple, with no added expense; like a unique color treatment for the woodwork. She introduced items, like the Advantium oven, that added to the cost but were well worth the expense. She allowed us time to consider design choices and was gracious when the construction schedule required her to give us a nudge. Andrea Egan was the best part of our home building experience.

I have been privileged to work with Andrea for the last few years on several projects. Andrea has an uncanny ability to not only design the perfect space, but actually stay in budget! This combination is unique and difficult to find in a designer. I trust her completely and offer my highest recommendation!

Andrea did an amazing job of taking my vision and making it a reality. She is smart and practical, took time to find us some wonderful and fun pieces to finish out our dream project. I would use her again and wanted to but she moved out of state. I would recommend her 1,000 times!

Andrea is such a rare and valuable resource in this industry. She is a wonderful balance of form & function with a true respect for budget and a desire to make your house your HOME. Lots of people can make your house look great, but Andrea spends intentional time with you on the front end, helping you discover what YOUR style is and then achieving it in every aspect of your home so that it truly is an extension of your family. My home is a place that I want to feel unique to my family and she is dedicated to helping my home tell our story. When we had plans drawn up for our master remodel, she was a priceless sounding board to help ensure that the plans we were looking at were functional for my husband and I in how we were going to use the space. She's doing the same thing for us with our kitchen/living remodel plans. She sees things and thinks of things I don't even know to be looking for and has creative solutions on how to make the most of the space we have. And to top it off, she respects the fact that we have a budget. She helps us think through where to cut costs and where it's worth it to spend money. I feel like she is truly on my team, bringing not just her eye for beauty, but her wisdom, creativity and practicality to help make our vision a reality.
