I have worked with Patricia on 3 projects personally and have seen her work at several other locations. Patricia has an amazing talent for spacial design and she is even better at decorating. She listens to the client and takes your desires way beyond your expectations. Patricia renovated and decorated almost the entire first floor of my home (2600 SF) and renovated our pool area and constructed a (600 SF) outdoor kitchen and eating area. The value of my home has increased far beyond the actual $ i spent. Everyone is stunned by the contemporary yet homey feeling of my home and loves the attention to detail in every room. We did everything from flooring to ceiling & everything in between. I highly recommend Patricia and wouldn't call anyone else for my renovating /decorating needs.

Patricia has provided project services for us on a commercial office interior project and two different residential projects which encompassed both interior and exterior design as well as space planning and assistance with furnishing selections. She works cooperatively with the client as well as the subcontractors doing the work. She is sensitive to budget requirements and goes out of her way to ensure that the project is executed as envisioned. We are currently considering her for services on a third residential project. The kitchen, dinning room, den and living room upgrade was a major project for us but Patricia made it happen. The project was done on budget and on time with no delays or surprises! We love the new look and it gave us 40% more usable space than we had before. All of her suggestions were just right and were even better than we had hoped for. I have had the privilege and gratification of personally working with Patricia Ledbetter in a professional and proficient domain. Patricia is a true professional, who is genuinely interested in satisfying her clients. She is hard working, dedicated, honest, efficient, organized, and maintains an excellent rapport with her clients as well as individuals in the industry. Her spaces are beautifully and creatively designed, through her keen sense of style and attention to detail. She understands color, balance, and proportion. Her elegant and sophisticated spaces induce a warm "cozy" feel which is rare and unique. Her experience and talent make her one of the most sought after Interior Designers in South Florida.

It has been our greatest pleasure to work closely with Patricia Ledbetter of Elias Benabib, Corp since 1999 on multiple hi end projects in Miami and Miami Beach area. As the Window Treatment Consultants for the projects,we provide window fashions and shadings, including motorization and Custom Upholstery as well as Accessories for all Custom Design specifications made by Patricia. The Architectural knowledge and space planning ability Elias Benabib Corp brings to the table is an assett both for the Client as well as the Vendors. The level of professionalism, honesty, and dedication is a tribute to a lifelong design career and portfolio that is sure to captivate.
