I love my new bathroom! The design team at Metro Door Aventura worked with me patiently to come up with a design that I was completely happy with without charging extra for the time it took to get to that design and that also that fited within my budget. i have to thank Herman and Sasha for the great service and effort, they are an amazing team!,. The project started on the appointed start date and work on the project was stead from start to finish. The project was completed within days of the initial proposed completion date. The contractors who work with them were friendly and respectful of my property and my space and they cleaned everything after they finished with no extra charge. Metro Door Aventura was referred to us by a close friend who had nothing but positive things to say about Herman Alter. We were in the midst of a master bath & closet renovation. I was looking to do my own kitchen and closets and I spent a long time researching someone new to work with. I interviewed many cabinet companies and manufacturers. I wanted to work with someone who can bring something new to the table. From my first meeting with Herman and his Team, I knew they were the one. His portfolio was amazing and hi was easy to work with they listened to my every need and helped me did my complete design on our very first meeting.. Herman is extremely knowledgeable about cabinetry, woodwork, and I love all of the extras that him and his co designers brought to the design, they gave me so many good advices and tips for my project, they were honest and helpful about the right usage of materials.The installation came perfectly and on time and the installers were very responsible and professional. Now Every drawer and every cabinet has some type of insert and purpose in my kitchen and even more in my amazing closets. I wanted a clean and a contemporary look to my house and they made it all happen within a few days. Metro door Aventura’s work team are always available to answer any questions you may have, when it comes to the products they deliver much better service than anyone i could think of, this is a family company with much quality to offer and they all work around great people. Custom Door for our master bedroom in our condo in south of fifth area, miami beach. Herman & his company are truly one of the best that has worked in our home. The design & quality of our master bedroom entry are incredible. We receive constant compliments on the custom door. Herman responds quickly to all my texts & even sent out his workers rapidly to temporarily remove the door while we are undergoing remodeling construction. Design and rebuilding has been a pleasure because it was easy to work with Mr. Alter who always and always, came up with good ideas and gave us excellent advice: AT NO EXTRA COST TO US. History: My wife and I bought a 2500 square feet condo in one of the nicest buildings in Aventura. The interior (20 years old) needed renovation. 3 different “designers” showed us magazine pictures (do you believe that?!) to select from for the total renovation. They quoted, without any final choice or design $350,000 to $400,000 “And”, so they said, “We will make you beautiful apartment”. After many meetings we became exasperated and frustrated!!! Fortunately, (through the “HOUZZ” – website www.houzz.com) we found Metro Door in Aventura, FL - website: www.metrodooraventura.com With the priceless and ingenious help of Metrodoor’s owner (Herman Alter) we demolished the entire condo. With original ideas we redesigned and rebuild our condo: 100% new electric wiring, new AC ducts throughout, new marble throughout , three entirely new bathrooms, three 100% new walk-in closets, new rosewood kitchen, entirely new soffits and LED lighting system, solid wood doors, TV walls, window treatments, many specialty furnishings. Marble, dark wood and leather were some of the materials used. The result is a great new living space! AND: Compared with the designer quotes we saved more than $100,000 My recommendation: Before you do anything regarding design and renovation: Talk with Mr. Alter, he is a great pro!

From the moment I met Herman Alter I knew that Metro Door was the perfect resource for my custom doors and closets. We had many different types of doors - bifold, European double doors, pocket etc.- and Herman was able to create each in the same stunning custom finish. The end result was really magnificent and anyone who sees these doors wants to know where they are from. Metro's installation team was fabulous and anything that needed adjustment was done ASAP and with a smile. I had a wonderful experience working with Metro Door Aventura. My husband and I were initially overwhelmed with the work we wanted to do in order to upgrade our home. When we met with Herman he helped us organize the projects we wanted to complete and take things one step at a time. As I was finishing construction on a new, very large house, I contacted Herman from Metro Doors to provide an estimate on modern closet systems, a mirrored closet doors, cabinets and special storage for a very large laundry room and a unique or unusual, massive (nearly 18' wide by 10' high) sliding door and storage system for my pantry. I had some concerns over using Metro Doors because of their rather small size and humble office/manufacturing space, but his references were good, the samples looked high-quality and compared to other bids I'd received, Herman's quote was the best - by far. But what really surprised me was his speed, quality of the job, flexibility, professionalism of his workers and his personal involvement and ownership of ensuring I was completely happy with the project. Herman and his company are absolutely terrific and were a delight to work with. Honest/professional dealings, great quality, attention to details and exceptional pricing. What more can you ask for?

Quality product and service at an affordable price! First, we commissioned Herman to design and build our master bedroom walk-in closet. The result was excellent. Then, he designed and built the shelving and cabinets for a home office. Again, a great result. Presently, he is completing a double sink vanity. We look forward to another superb product. I was very fortunate to retain Mr. Herman Alter and his team of professionals at Metro Door Aventura. I recently purchased a condo in Aventura and had a less than positive experience with another project manager. I knew the interior doors in the unit needed to be replaced among other things, and fortunately came across an ad for Metro Door Aventura in City Guide of Aventura, and also came across the company when searching the Houzz website. After going to the showroom, and meeting with Mr. Alter I realized that not only could he take care of the does but would be an excellent Project Manager and would have terrific design ideas for the entire renovation.
