We had several projects that we needed to do before moving into our home and Scott Ulm and his crew were wonderful. The work was exceptional and they finished every project within a timely manner. Very professional and honest. I have only rave reviews for this company!

My husband and I bought a home in Jacksonville in April of 2017 and the day after closing Heritage Homes came in like a knight in shining armor to begin our home remodel project. This company is known to have an eye for design and they saw the vision for our project when we could not! They were very attentive to our needs and concerns and were very quick to follow through with any requests or changes. The owner of the company Scott Ulm is not afraid to get his hands dirty and help get the job done in a very timely manner. He even came to the job site multiple times at my request and helped me decide on minor decisions such as grout color for the laundry room, placement of our shelves in the shower and list goes on! My husband and I really appreciated his attention to detail and design ideas for our home. Our project was finished July of 2017 which we were ecstatic about! We moved walls, did extensive electrical work, remodeled our master bedroom, master closet (all custom built by a wonderful carpenter), master bathroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry room! Not to mention all flooring was replaced as well. We now live in our dream home thanks to Heritage Homes. We would choose this company again and again for all our future home building needs! If you are looking for an honest home builder with attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and quality craftsmanship than look no further than the father-son dynamic duo that is Heritage Homes!

We have been contacting Heritage Homes of Jacksonville, on multiple occasions and yet to hear back from anyone. We have many items still to be repaired from our 1 year inspection list and super disappointed that it is taking more than a year to complete our list, which we had thoroughly documented and provided prior to our 1 year mark & now receiving no calls back. We informed them of leaks happening from windows (sent pictures, one is attached) that were supposedly fixed prior, which is clearly not the case as they and our balcony are still leaking. We have many additional items from the list that has yet to be completed. We have been more than patient but with over a year of waiting for repairs to be completed - we are ready to have our home fixed and completed. These along with many other reasons are why we cannot recommend Heritage Homes.

Heritage Homes of Jacksonville is a great company! My husband and I used them to build our home 17 years ago, and they just completed a renovation for us. They are a very reputable, experienced, high quality group! The Builder and his team are so kind, respectful, and friendly...so willing to please, especially the office manager, Adam! He is often on the site to check on the job. If any problems arise, they take care of them. We had some changes to our original plans and they were easy to work with in accommodating us. We didn't exactly stick to our budget, however, they were fair in making the adjustments. They are usually great with deadlines! Building our home went along so smoothly and quick, however, with our renovation, we did have some delays and bumps along the way! In the end, the final product was beautiful both times!

We used Heritage Homes to remodel our kitchen, master bath, powder bath and hardwood floors. The project took a little longer than expected, but in the end we were happy with the result. We appreciated the effort made by this company to correct anything that was not up to our expectations and make any needed changes accordingly. We were pleased to use Heritage Homes and will be happy to use them for future projects.
