The service stops once you pay the deposit We were looking for a high quality one shop stop (design, supply, and installation) solution for a fairly high quality kitchen (well over 100k in total) and we thought we had found it when we saw the premier showroom so we arranged for the designer to come out. We had had a couple of designers out and were impressed with (A) from the willoughby store. We weren’t ready for the process as we were waiting on a decision regarding what walls we could remove etc. which would impact the design but we agreed to tentatively progress and PK also put us in touch with their builder. From the beginning we made it clear we are looking for a full solution provider, and we were told we get that with premier, design consultations, our own project manager, and their own installers, they even had their own factory we were told! We had a draft design made up but we were told we couldn’t take this away until we paid a despot (the first red flag that this company operates on the basis of contracts and T&C’s rather than relationships and trust), but they allowed us to to take a photo so we could go away and consider PK as a provider. Our plans changed once during the building phase but again we were not allowed to take away a plan, but A did offer some good advice on possibilities so we were left to liaise with the builder and do the plans ourselves. When the building works were finalised we went in as promised to finalise our plans (something that would have been a waste of time previously), although A was incredibly helpful as always it became clear during this meeting that the main aim was not to get accurate plans, but for us to hand over a deposit (which we did). We were told by A that we could still change the plans as much as we needed during and after the check measure so we didn’t need to worry about the accuracy of the plans (previously we had been told that when we paid the deposit we would get accurate plans to take away to study and finalise). As we would later learn from other reviews this is where the good service stops. We were handed over to the general manager who arranged to come out and do a check measure. We still hadn’t finalised our appliances at this stage and we asked if it was a problem and he suggested delaying until we had done that so we rescheduled and spent the next few weeks finalising almost 10 appliances. We were told by A that all we had to do was give the appliance model numbers to them and they would take care of everything. When the GM finally come out to do the check measure he was rude, unhelpful, constantly trying to cut corners and his attitude really upset my wife, the realisation we’d gone with a company that didn’t care was very upsetting. Looking back I wish I had done more due diligence, if you search hard enough you will see that many other people have had a similar experience, and the willoughby store only has 2 reviews in the past year.

Earlier this year I engaged Premier Kitchen to renovate my kitchen. Then COVID started and I was stuck overseas. Nevertheless, I was confident enough to go ahead with this project while overseas because the advice and communication from and with Premier Kitchen was always sound and professional. I went with my gut feeling! My decision was right. I only recently saw my new kitchen after returning to Australia finally. I am so pleased with the end result. The kitchen is so well designed and beautifully executed. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly and they always performed beyond our expectations. Natalie understands what people are looking for in a kitchen, and was very accommodating to our requests during the design process. Peter and Fred were always helpful, and communication with them was just so easy. All of this makes the job run smoothly. I cannot thank them enough for giving me a beautiful kitchen. I can write review now year later. Oven broken waiting for replacement for months, still waiting, didn't want corner cupboards, what did they do? put a corner cupboard. Had to fight them to change it and pay extra 700$ even though mistake was premier kitchen s fault. Other issues, don't want to even go into it. Asked to remove a negative review , which I did but now not removing it

We love our kitchen. We got some great ideas from the designer, they understood our vision and made some of our more interesting ideas work, as well as making some practical changes that were definite improvements. The trades were high quality and clean - I remember the stonemason being so very proud of the job they did!

After putting up with an outdated small kitchen for over 15 years I finally decided to commence a renovation. We chose Premier Kitchens as they were highly recommended by a close friend. This was the best decision, The team at Premier Kitchens provided me with a quality finish and the end result has transformed my home. The trades were all professional and on time every time. We absolutely love our new kitchen - Thank you!

I have renovated two kitchens, three bathrooms and had built in joinery done with them now. They have always delivered to a high quality. In particular the stone work has been exception. Just yesterday they had to crane lift a large stone bench top into a difficult access site. This was all managed with ease. Loved the stone work and the stonemason was so proud of his work. They did a great job. I have put progress photos below of the stone being installed.

We got a Premier Kitchen. Premier it is not. This was the worst experience. It was expensive and we have ended up with a very ordinary kitchen. The designer was non-existent after he pushed us into buying the crappy kitchen. The plumber scratched our sink SO badly. The sink cost $1000 and we were never reimbursed for the sink or offered any sort of discount. They "sort of" got the scratches out but they are well and truly still there. We had to send the several of the cabinets back because they were chipped. The built in microwave which the cabinets were built around was propped up with cardboard and tape. The panels for the fridge which we were recommended to buy were not the right size. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The only saving grace was the guy who organised the trades. He was nice and pretty good at his job.

Premier Kitchens just installed our beautiful new kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with the design process and high quality finishes and joinery all delivered within budget and time frame with courteous, respectful and punctual designer, cabinet makers and trades. We highly recommend Premier Kitchens.
