There are no words to describe the amazing role that Ray and his team played in facilitating our Florida home purchase and renovation while we were 1000 miles away. The first time we saw our home was after The Puzzitiello Builders Team had completed the amazing renovation. Ray and Frank worked hand in had with our wonderful Decorator Erin of Design by EK to transformed a dated 22 year old home into a fresh, sparkling bright, spectacular new home. This all happened without our stepping foot in the home until the day we occupied . All we had to do was bring our clothes. Ray and team were always one step ahead of us. They anticipated all the decisions we needed make and mentored us through the process hassle free. All renovations and new installations were executed with skill and care. Workmanship was excellent and skillfully completed. They worked through supply chain issues and solved any problem quickly. Barbara and I applaud the Puzzitiello Team and recommend them without reservation. They are THE BEST. Our entire experience was magnificent!!

Our renovation project was the most enjoyable, fun experience we could have hoped for. Ray and his crew and all sub contractors were fabulous. Ray always had an answer for our questions. He gave thought to our ideas, and often offered suggestions that were great improvements to our existing plans. He also told us when he believed something wasn’t worth doing. Every person he brought into our apartment was a true professional. They were knowledgeable about their fields. They were neat, clean, organized,and timely. They were respectful of our space, treating like their own. Our project took 10 months. It was well with in the timeframe we have anticipated. He was very budget conscious, and strove to kept the project on budget. As with any renovation unexpected things come up. Ray’s construction knowledge and expertise kept the “surprises” to a bare minimum. Ray and his team brought our dream to life!

This spring Puzzitiello Builders wrapped up construction of a beautiful master bed/bath + loft addition, patio/pool deck, playroom, & kids bathroom renovation at our house. From start to finish we couldn’t have been more pleased with the process of working with Ray, Frank & their team of professionals. Communication was excellent & everyone involved was respectful of the fact we remained in our house as a family with 2 young kids throughout the project. Costs were outlined in detail at the time of bid, product selection, & invoicing, a sign of the kind of transparency that is above & beyond for the industry. Ray & his team don’t cut corners & displayed a level of honesty & integrity we sincerely appreciated. So much thanks to everyone involved for such fantastic work! Hired Puzzitello builders to build a new home. Ray was very helpful in refining the design. During the building process Ray and Frank were easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable and we are very happy with the final product.

I had the pleasure of working with Ray on the renovation of our condominium. We actually combined two units, which totaled about 5500 sf. Ray is an absolute professional. He was very accurate in the assessment and cost of the project, and I was very impressed with the sub contractors he chose as well. He is extremely receptive to hearing any issues or concerns I had and followed through immediately. He is extremely clean in the workplace, as noticed and commented on by the building's property manager as well. I recommend Ray very highly and without reservation.

We arranged for the company to watch over our Palm Beach apartment and make appropriate repairs from April, 2017 into the Christmas Holiday of 2017 when our entire condominium project was undergoing extensive repairs performed by a different contractor. Built out of a condominium. They came in at a difficult stage of the project - the previous builder had made huge mistakes. Puzzitiello took over, solved the problems and brought the project to a successful completion in a timely manner They were extremely competent, professional and a pleasure to work with.
