About Us

Design starts with an 'idea', a 'vision', that we turn into a 'lifestyle reality'. Driven by desire to give all clients their ultimate 'home environment' that they can enjoy casually, formally, intimately, while also inviting others to enjoy with comfort, and function. Warmth is a key element whether the interiors are Contemporary, Classic, Traditional, Rustic, or Architectually Artful or even models and 'investment' homes. Warmth is truly one of the most important assets we focus on and work towards for every client/home/office or corporate project! ~Big or small, each job is an event for me! ~Love being involved with architects, contractors, subs and being a helpful visionary for all. ~One of my gifts is keeping focus on the ultimate vision the clients want, and blending each professional's talents into a project/product all can be proud of. "Be the glue, not the poison!" Positive, never negative. ~Any situation or issue I face or a project faces I take the attitude that 'Everything can be solved!'. ~After hundreds of projects from Hawaii to Utah, what I've learned is that every client wants to feel at 'home' and surrounded by color, art and textures that inspire them. ~Each project is my 'art piece' and at each first meeting I consider it the next blank canvas to be enhanced and created for their enjoyment. We always try to find balance. Balance of not only the art, design, and personalities, but balance of lifestyle.

I've worked with Lori on several residential & commercial projects over the years. I've always found her to be attentive to ones needs and conscientious of the budget. She has a unique way of getting the job done on time at the right price the way you want it.

I hired Lori for help in the interior design of a restaurant remodel for a country club. She explained to me that she works primarily with residential homes but would be willing to help. While busy with many other projects and on a tight (and stressful) timeline to open the restaurant, Lori did a great job of design which included booth design, tables, lighting, carpet, painting, etc. All parties involved from the restaurant owner to the operator and contractors were happy with the designs.

I have enjoyed Lori's services for several years on various personal projects. She has a innate ability to not only listen but hear what her client wants in a home. Our collaborations have ranged greatly in size and scope and the results have been remarkable. Hr team is willing to take on any type of project from refresh to remodel to new construction and the design elements have been spot on in all phases. Personally, she got my eclectic rustic but elegant style. There isn't one person who comes into my home that isn't in awe of how the house reflects our taste and values..comfort, style, rustic and welcoming.. Thank you again Lori for making this project into my home.

Lori's work ethic is professional and organized. Her over-the-top ideas and think-out-of-the-box execution make her "top notch" in the Interior Design/Events world. Her attention to detail is impeccable, which makes her #1 in the industry. My husband and I are contractors and have worked with her on several projects through the years. Lori is very meticulous and she knows what she wants. Anyone who works with her will only get better in their own craft. She loves to collaborate with other artisans to recreate her vision, solve problems and embellish with more ideas. The general consensus among contractors, artists, other Interior Designers and Architects who have worked with her, is that Lori as a person and her business, Lori Tiedeman Interiors/Vision Events goes unmatched. I have worked with Lori for over 20 some years. Over that time frame I have witnessed Lori orchestrate complete new building projects from the ground up, to residential remodels, to room makeovers. She is extremely knowledgable of product selections, construction elements and has a unique ability to orchestrate the talents of her subcontractors to wield a flawless finished product. She is highly organized, extremely mindful of the client's wishes, and very easy to work with. Lori creates interiors that are comfortable, warm, inviting while reflecting the style of their owners.

We have worked with Lori and a number of projects over the years and it is always a pleasure. Lori pays great attention to detail and is full of creativity, with a keen eye for what will add just the right touch to the home, room or area she's working on. One glass piece that stands out in my memory is a gorgeous, huge tub and shower divider we created for her a few years ago. Stunning piece, she and Chauncey put together interesting textures and shapes and even had overlay applique pieces that created additional interest and texture. I've attached photos. We've had numerous compliments and interest in it over the years.
