I moved to Estero last year and had to furnish my home from scratch. She picked up on my style quickly. She provided 3D drawings and furniture selections before we I made a final purchase which made me feel more confident about the decisions. She has a great design eye and I’m very happy with my house. I’d definitely recommend her.

I worked with Nichole on the design on my 2700 sf house. It was dated and really needed an upgrade. After our first meeting she was able to come up with an amazing design concept tailored to my style. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and it was such a smooth experience from start to finish. She’s amazing at what she does and I highly recommend her!!

Provided excellent interior design assistance. My project was to update a newly purchased small condo with the goal of incorporating some eclectic art acquired. I am somewhat handy and wanted to do as much of the work needed myself and was keeping a modest budget. Spoke to several designers originally but Nichole stood out terms of her giant project portfolio and our conversation. She does all the design activities for her company, has top knowledge of trends-styles-contractors-options-solutions. I really enjoyed the process with Nichole, we were able to have a couple meetings at the condo and once had approach agreed, we did remote phone calls and emails so that she could weigh in on some of the furniture and color choices I researched before purchase. Appreciated her patience and knowledge and guidance. Ultimately, the place has a lot of personal flavor and turned out cozy and cool. Nichole did a great job, exactly what I was looking for!

As a career Realtor, I always want to be sure of the caliber of professionals I refer to my clients as is it a reflection on me. I use vendors myself personally before I ever recommend them to clients or friends! That said, I have been singing Nicole's praises since receiving her initial drawings for my den remodel! I loved her ideas so much I hired her to do lighting, artwork, accessories, lamps, furniture for entry, den and LR, + area rugs throughout my 2 year old home! What do I love about Nicole? She is very mindful of your budget and gives you choices for everything! She's very responsive to your texts and questions, genuinely loves what she does, and makes you feel as if you are her only client! I knew the look I wanted but didn't have the expertise to pull it together like she did! for example, I had never heard of 'fandoliers' and now I'm the proud owner of 3 of them! I was not at all nervous about making a nearly room size 'pass through' hole in my new home's den wall because Nicole allowed me to visualize what it would look like with blue tape marks on the wall plus a 3D rendering. Her vision of me working at my desk looking at the pool, hot tub and lake vs the wall during this pandemic was genius! I don't know why the builder didn't offer this concept for my home's model! I feel it has added significant value both monetarily, aesthetically and provides great joy to me on a daily basis. Already one of my friends has hired Nicole and 2 others are calling her!

Five stars are not nearly enough!!! Nichole is PHENOMENAL!!! Not only does she have a keen eye for design, she has an almost uncanny ability to keep a project on-time and on-budget yet without sacrificing one bit of style. Nichole is flexible, adapting as challenges arise, and is masterful at thinking outside of the box for solutions. As out-of-towers consulting with Nichole from afar, we were so impressed at how she took charge of our project and kept us informed every step of the way. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with!!

We were planning to remodel four rooms in our condo including the kitchen, two bathrooms and the office. Nichole was so helpful and gave us many great ideas that we had never considered. Not only did she help us design the rooms but she saved us so much time and money by knowing the best local businesses to buy flooring, countertops, cabinets and furniture. This was our first time working with Nichole but surely not the last.

Nichole Claprood is excellent to work with, me and my husband would definitely recommend her. She gives her professional opinion without being pushy or overbearing, and is very talented in her design knowledge. We went into this thinking a designer would be expensive, but she actually saved us money on many items had we bought them from a store. She is very reliable when it comes to meeting times. Our job was done in February of 2019 with a budget of $100,000. She is truly professional, very nice personality, as well.

Nichole was very helpful with working with vendors such as closet design, lighting, window shades, tile and more. When you are totally finishing out a brand new property it is overwhelming and having local help is a must. Nichole was helpful in putting a coastal touch to my property as this was the first beach condo I’ve ever done. Nichole has CAD capability and can show you what your room will look like. She did a good job on finding a vendor to complete a job in my timeline between thanksgiving and Christmas. We had a good experience with Nichole I would recommend her especially to those from out of town who need a local contact.

I had seen what Designenvy had done with our clubhouse. She performed a miracle! Nichole is Very creative. She Took the time and really grasped my personal ideas then incorporated them to work within my budget. I am so excited to work with her again that the board of my building has chosen her to do a complete revamping of our lobby and hallways. A monumental task!

Nichole is fabulous! We are near completion of a total home renovation, including structural, flooring, tile, furniture, appliances, window treatments, & lighting in Naples, Florida.. We moved from Carmel, IN & were shocked that she is originally from Fishers, IN! Maybe that is why she's so efficient & truly cares about each project. Nichole help house with our kitchen design in Estero, Florida. We had to totally move our kitchen from one side of the house to another. Nichole along with our contractor did a fabulous job and we love the end result. Since I wasn't familiar with the area Nichole took me to pick out tile, hardwood floors, appliances etc. I would recommend her.

We hired Nichole for some MUCH needed design advice and project planning for our master bath remodel. We were very overwhelmed at the thought of redoing the entire bathroom. We hired Nichole to help us with our master bath remodel after trying to navigate through tile stores ourselves and feeling overwhelmed. Our desire to upgrade our home commenced several years ago. Currently we are at the point of considering the upgrade of our bathrooms and kitchen. After my house was listed for sale for more than a year, I hired Nichole to design the renovations needed in order to get it sold. Nichole came up with some beautiful plans. While we were waiting for quotes from contractors, she helped with staging including decorating for the holidays. Well, her staging worked. At our initial consult 02/15/2017 Nichole kept our vision within our limited budget. She was able to help us stretch our dollars yet deliver on a kitchen layout that is affordable yet chic & fitting with our very eclectic taste. She thought of a million things we didn't! Nichole helped us at every important design decision point, and now we have a beautiful contemporary kitchen. She understood our budget and communicated with us throughout the project. She said she would be our advocate, and she delivered!

We hired Nichole Claprood to design a complete remodel of our home, including opening up the kitchen into the family room, adding a breakfast bar seating four stools and large cabinetry storage on the kitchen side, new flooring throughout with tile, wood, and carpeting, repainting walls and trim throughout the house, and new door handles and hinges. Her kitchen design included new cabinetry, sink, granite countertops, and tile flooring. A master bath and guest bath were completely remodeled with new cabinetry, tub, tile showers and flooring, frameless shower doors, beveled mirrors, and fixtures. First, she was honest about the cost of the project. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Dec. 2013 We hired the Ms. Claprood and the Reed company for a very substantial project that included remodeling of 2 bathrooms (ADA standard compliant), kitchen, powder room. The design was implemented to our specifications by Ms. Nichole Claprood, the specialist interior designer fully dedicated within the company for these goal. Her solutions for our relatively complicated customization were nothing short of superb. The design was elegant, perfectly fitting the "spirit and the letter" of the layout and detailing we decided on. The project was far from "standard", with numerous variations and adaptations to satisfy our own needs. They have all been planned and executed meticulously. The interior designer offered very innovative solutions, was very tasteful in her choices and her ability to keep us involved and informed on the progress of the project was exemplary. Nichole Claprood is one of the most consummate design&building professionals we met, this being proven by the whole customization, planning, accuracy of the cost estimate and follow up throughout the project unfolding The project was fully executed by the Reed personnel. The quality of the material, the workmanship, the detailing of the project were beyond reproach. The company did an excellent job in obtaining all the permits, maintaining contact with the management of the high rise condominium (as well as complying fully with their rules). At the end of the work the apartment was impeccably clean. The cost of the project was high, not unexpectedly for its complexity and not outside the range we anticipated. From two bids obtained, it was the somewhat lower one; our hiring the company was not due to the bid, but rather to the solutions proposed for our needs. There were no costs overruns. The time to completion was slightly later than originally planned. To a large extent this was due though to causes beyond company control, related to other work affecting the access to the building. Ms. Claprood and the company representatives, including Mr. Reed - the owner - maintained constant contact and informed us on all aspects of the work. Ms. Claprood and Reed Design Build gained both our trust and our full admiration for their professionalism and absolute satisfaction as company clients. We warmly recommend them to other potential clients or collaborators. In similar circumstances we would gladly re-hire them for such a complex project. A&C Vermont ADDENDUM, 4/5/2014: This part of the review may be even more relevant than the original one: the designer and overseer of the project, Ms. Nichole Claprood, remains in touch with us as clients and followed up twice in the 4 month lapsed since the project completion. She and the company was clearly interested in how our initial level of satisfaction held up in time. In fact - it did ! The workmanship proved so far impeccable, few minor adjustments (hinges, handles, etc.) were addressed promptly, no retouches or re-dos were necessary because of the superior quality of the initial design and execution. We continue to be, and very likely will remain, very happy clients !

The project was a new kitchen, update bathrooms, mud room, paint and modernize a 1980's Florida condo. It was all done via e mail, with Nichole keeping me updated every step of the way.She made all the selections of tile, paint, lighting etc. Her choices were consistent with our taste. She was conscious of keeping within budget, while also advising us as to what would be worth spending a little more on to add value to the home. She met the deadline which was extremely important to us. I found Nichole professional and extremely knowledgeable and would have no hesitation in recommending her.

We cannot begin to rate Nichole highly enough! Every step of the process was a wonderful experience, and the end result is phenomenal. We had specific needs to be satisfied with the new bathroom design, and she incorporated all of them in a beautiful, creative way. The room is gorgeous and functions perfectly. We had our kitchen totally remodeled, the experience was wonderful from start to finish! Nicole was very helpful in her designs and helping us keep within our desired budget. The team of workers were very friendly and respectful and I had the same team of guys show up day after day. I was told who would be coming the next day and at what time they would be there and they were ALWAYS on time ( some days they were even early but waited outside until they saw I was ready to leave to take kids to school so they wouldn't get in our way ). Best of all our kitchen was done two weeks ahead of schedule !!

Designed makeover of 3 bathrooms. She took into consideration my tastes and recommended accordingly. I was impressed that when she came to my house the first time she noted my decorating style in the rest of the house and designed the bathrooms accordingly.

My husband and I decided to redo our kitchen about a year ago. We feel very fortunate that we had Nichole Claprood as our designer. She asked what we wanted our kitchen to be like and the parameter that she should work within. Nichole compiled a design that we thought was excellent. She then helped us choose our appliances, cabinets, granite,etc. She made the process a pleasure because of her knowledge and her instinct to know what we wanted. Nichole oversaw the completion of the kitchen as we were not in the area when it was being done. The result is a kitchen we are very proud of.

W engaged Nichole and Reed Design Builders to renovate our kitchen. Unlike renovation experiences in the past, Nichole kept our project on track and on budget, always quickly responded to our phone calls and displayed professionalism at all times. She is a very talented designer and has a good eye for detail. We were not present during the renovation of our kitchen- a scenario which could have yielded disaster - but Nichole would keep us updated on progress and send pictures at each stage of construction. We truly never had any issues of miscommunication. We couldn't be more pleased with our new kitchen. And, as with all construction projects, there are invariably some small adjustments that need to be done post completion. Nichole would respond and address immediately. We highly recommend Nichole Claprood.

Nichole made the project (basically a complete remodel of 1400 sq ft including kitchen expansion and 2 bathrooms) go very smoothly and without any surprises. Any unforeseen issues were handled properly without daily calls to us up North. Her taste In both design and material selections were very helpful in simplifying the entire project. Both she and the work crews were very professional and we couldn't be happier with the finished results.
