About Us

Terry’s Landscape and Design is a full service design-build landscape and commercial maintenance landscape company. The owner James Terry has a B.S. from Texas A&M University in Turfgrass Management and a Minor in Landscape Horticulture. We want our clients to know the knowledge and passion we have for our customers landscape surpasses the standard. Terry’s main focuses in the landscape industry is designing and installing award winning landscapes and maintaining commercial properties. Our cliental ranges from condos, high-rises, hoa’s and retail areas. Designing and building quality landscape and outdoor spaces for our clients is the core of our company. We use the highest design standards and materials to provide you with your perfect outdoor space. We specialize in new construction, landscape rehabs, pool landscapes and building that perfect outdoor space your family can enjoy!

James Terry has completed a couple of projects for us. First he created an amazing landscape in our backyard. He listened to our thoughts and incorporated his expertise in design and delivered exactly what we wanted without us even having to ask for some of the details. It looks amazing. We figured, what good would a gorgeous backyard do us if we didn't have a great place to bbq, sit and enjoy it? James added patio space with stamped concrete and then built us an amazing out-door kitchen. He even incorporated our Traeger smoker into the design and it looks fantastic. James cares enough to make sure that the project is done right AND he has the patience to make sure that it is also done the way that you want it. No detail is too small. Thanks for making our backyard into a relaxing extension of our house. We highly recommend Terry's Landscape and Design!

I've been working with James for over 5 years now. As a Certified Arborist, I see a lot of landscape contractors. James has a passion for what he does, and that isn't something that I run across very often. Most contractors will look you in the face and tell you all about how good they are, but when nobody is looking, they probably are just trying to make a buck. James real does desire to own and operate the best landscape company in town, and with an attitude like that, I know he'll do what it takes to get it right. Heck, his name is on the sign. That's commitment.

Terry's Landscape and design was recommended by the folks installing my pool. James came out to look at the yard and the location for a new pergola and made recommendations on the best design. James also prepared all paperwork for the HOA and his team got right to work once the approval was received. The workforce was professional and courteous and worked with me to find the best solutions for issues and questions that arose. The pergola ended up looking great and was a contributing feature in the house selling quickly.
