Ridge Creek Custom Homes

They took a substantial down payment from us and they are not able to close on our custom built home. In fact, the construction lender is foreclosing on the property.

We purchased out house from Ridge Creek Custom Homes. We love out house and it was very easy to work with Ridge Creek. Only negatives have been follow up service on any defects on the house and getting the 3rd car garage finished. Had to continuously follow up with them to make sure it got done.

We built with RCCH, and Rob Eldridge, in 2011. This was a custom home, and we were very well guided throughout the entire construction process, which was new for us. Like any new home not everything was perfect, and at times it can get frustrating as would be expected with a custom home. Things we envisioned in our head, or on paper, didn't always fully match what happened in real life. But, Rob treated our own home as if it was his - and held his subcontractors to the standard I would expect he would have for his own home; he understood us when we asked for changes, and treated us with respect and honesty. I would recommend RCCH to a friend or family member.

Built a house with Ridge Creek in Bryn Mawr in 2014. They are pricey but do very quality work so the value is there. Of course not everything went perfectly (as I don't think it ever does with building a house) but we were impressed that Ridge Creek and its owner Rob always went out of its/his way to make things right whenever we brought up concerns/challenges. In sum, if we were going to do it all over again, we would choose ridge creek.

After much research, my wife and I decided to engage in conversation with Ridge Creek Custom Homes in regards to building our new home. After meeting with them a couple of times, we felt very confident that Ridge Creek was the right builder to proceed with. Everyone at RCCH was great to work with every step of the way. They treat their clients with a lot of respect and build a strong sense of trust. RCCH builds solid, solid, customized homes meeting the needs/design preferences of each of their clients. We would definitely use RCCH in the future for building new or any re-modelling project.

From the design phase to the move-in it was a wonderful experience! Rob runs a great operation only hiring the best. The project manager was in top of everything. The element of adding an interior designer as part of the team was invaluable and I specifically used Houzz to show her my dream set of photos showing colors, styles, finishes. A picture is worth a thousand words!

Ridge Creek Custom Homes remodeled the 1954 Mid Century Modern house we purchased last year. Everything but the fireplaces, terrazzo and stair rail was replaced with Ridge Creek's great attention to detail and quality. Ridge Creek's staff listened to our needs and helped us meet our low maintenance requirements for the house.

Ridge Creek did an amazing job on our new build. We built in St. Louis Park in 2013 and still love our house. The construction has remained tight throughout two nasty winters now, and we are safe and snug all the time. Ridge Creek was wonderful to work with the entire process. They were always available to answer questions, even our stupid ones. They corrected the hiccups that come up during building and communicated with us every step of the process. I would build again as this was such a good experience. I give Ridge Creek the highest rating.

Ridge Creek did an amazing job with a complete tear down and rebuild of my dream house. From start to finish the experience was a pleasure. Highly recomend this company- on time and on budget!

The major task of designing and building a custom home was made a satisfying collaborative effort by Ridge Creek Custom Homes. At all levels, the craftsmen, architect, interior designer and work crews contributed great ideas and did quality work, and also listened. The result was a home that exceeded our expectations, and still does !

Ridge Creek is comprised of excellent people with whom build wonderful homes. They helped us design everything, down to the doorhandle, and we used Houzz as a way to become inspired by looks, styles, finishes, and tones that we liked.
