From ordering the product, through installation, we had a great experience with Depot Granite. The salesman was great in showing us the available products in the stone and style we were looking for. The stone was cut and available for installation within days, and the installers, Julio and George, were efficient, expeditious and left our kitchen very clean. There was one small issue we found a few days after install with about a half inch of edge cut being a bit off. The staff couldn't have been kinder in correcting the issue, with Antonio handling the in house touch up. I would highly recommend Depot Granite.

Unfortunately, this company did not deliver what they promised. I was told they would provide a grate to my sink, which they have never delivered on their promise. I have texted twice and left two messages for Maria but no response. This offer was the result of their workmen damaging my cabinets and not saying anything. Fortunately, my contractor observed this and reported to me. I provided pictures but they never acknowledged the action. At this point, I see them as untrustworthy to damage something and not speak up. They also damaged the refrigerator wall but again, did not own up to it. The seam from the cut of the granite was quite noticeable. Another installer provided feedback about how the cut should have been placed in another location, which would not have been so obvious however, I was told the problem of seeing the seam was because of the kind of granite I selected. I have had six home and remodeled all of them; typically gutting kitchens and bathrooms. Depot Granite did a nice job helping me select an appropriate granite for the look I wanted. Their ordering process was efficient and they delivered on time - they have just proven untrustworthy. I suggest following through on your promises to help reduce the high sense of caution regarding trust.

I’m extremely happy with the service, selection and quality of the new granite countertops I purchased from Granite Depot. The entire staff is knowledgeable and takes pride in their craftsmanship. Lewis was especially helpful when educating me on the type of granite that would work best with my cabinetry and terrazzo floors. I’m appreciative of his suggestion for the bathroom countertop which resulted in several hundred dollars of savings. Once the granite selection was made, I was invited back to help determine how the template would be oriented on the granite. The workmanship of the tile cutter was extraordinary; seams are virtually invisible. The installers made suggestions so that the alignment was perfect once backsplash tile was installed. I’m also very pleased with the quality of the kitchen sink that was included at no charge. The results are absolutely beautiful! I enthusiastically recommend Granite Depot.

Depot granite exceeded my expectations. The whole experience was enjoyable with excellent service and installation. I can't believe how fast the whole process from planning, ordering, and installation took place. Mily and Maria gave us some great ideas and advice which we really appreciated and love the end results. Yoel and his brother did a wonderful job installing our cabinets and paid attention to detail, which is a good thing since I am quite particular to things being done right. I would recommend this business in a heartbeat to all my friends and family or anyone looking for a new kitchen or any granite work. Great job guys!!!!!

I went to Depot granite to select counter tops for a kitchen and master bathroom. Maria spent a great deal of time with me walking the yard and explaining characteristics of granite. She got a feeling for my taste and then suggested the most beautiful option we had ever seen. it was not something that we were even considering, and yet we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Her knowledge is incredible and she was so easy and personable to work with. the entire company is professional and dedicated. We were able to help place the templates on the slab to incorporate the most beautiful aspects of the piece and at least four team members assisted in this process to optimize the outcome. Maria is also responsible for a suggestion in the bathroom that made an incredible difference in the end result. I am THRILLED with my counter tops, with my experience and with the professionalism and efficiency of this company at every level. Not only would i use them again i would recommend them to everyone. Can't say enough about Pedro and his team at Depot Granite. They were very helpful and patient with my lengthy decision making process. Their prices are very competitive and there is a good selection at every price point. Depot Granite has a huge granite selection and everyone on the team is extremely knowledgeable. The team doesn't pressure you into buying and helps you discern what's best for your style and vision. They encourage you to make a few visits before making a final selection. Staff work with you to mark the granite highlighting the aspects of the granite pattern that you like the most. The fabricators are awesome - perfect seams. The entire process from selection to template to installation took 7 days! I had a concern with look of the granite pattern during installation and their team worked diligently to make sure I was ultimately pleased! They provided excellent customer service. Depot Granite was doing work in Renaissace VINOY Resort , their profesionalisam , quality of product and knowlage of arhitect and owner Pedro Hernandez was outstanding . After job is finished I was impressed with beauty of work and hire Depot Granit to do my kitchen . Everything was perfect from estimate to instalation. Installers are very prcise , quick and clean .
