We offer full service design and help give clients piece of mind in decisions about their new kitchen. Fashion Par Kitchens has been in business since 1978. "The Fashion Par Experience" Kitchen remodeling or cabinetry for your new home begins with a design consultation with one of our experience designers. In the initial meeting we will review your floor plans and discuss ideas, decorating styles, and appliance needs. We have several different brands of cabinetry that portrait a broad range of quality and price levels. We will work together to help you find a point where cost versus quality fit your budget. Fashion Par Kitchens is different because we truly listen to your wants and needs before designing your project. By understanding your styles and tastes we can create your kitchen with great detail and this is what makes your project special. Renovating or designing a new kitchen involves making many decisions because of all the options available. Most people don't realize how many decisions and how stressful this can be. Our full service designers will not only help you with selections but will also help you have fun during the process. Our designers have over 50 years of experience and will help be the calming factor in a clients venture into the unknown.

We had a small job that Fashion Par said they could help us with. We met and provided some materials and then we waited and waited. We sent email after email and no response. We finally told them we were coming to pick up our materials and they responded right away with the hours we could pick it up. No apology, no explanation. We accept that people are busy, but this was rude and set us way back in our timeline.

Two great experiences with Fashion-Par in the past 7 years, including kitchen cabinets and upgrades to granite countertops in both the kitchen and two baths. Included modification to existing kitchen layout, and perfectly matching and customizing to the existing cabinets. Ken is very personable, highly experienced and helpful in suggestions, gave exceptional personal attention to our project, takes pride in his product, and ensured a high quality result. We ran into a few surprises during our recent project, and Ken made sure they were quickly and completely addressed. We had Fashion Par design our kitchen when we built our home in 1989 and were very pleased with the outcome. That is why when we decided to remodel our kitchen/dining room recently we went back to Fashion Par. We love what they did! We were given many ideas as to how to make it more up-to-date, and their entire team worked with us in achieving our goals. We were given a schedule when things would be done, and they stayed right on target. All the installers were very professional and conscientious. For any future projects we would contact them.

It is always a pleasure to work with Sarah. She is professional, communicates well, timely, good with her subs, and has fabulous taste. I've spent a lot but we have beautiful projects, and I know she has also saved us money - she really does keep her client's best interests in mind. I feel so comfortable with her - we trust that the project will be handled from demo to finish work, and I've seen her on cleanup to make sure things were complete. We've done master bath, kitchen, and laundry remodels with Fashion Par. The latter two were complete renovations. Another huge benefit of working with Sarah and Fashion Par is Rob the carpenter. He and Ken make a great team! Their finish work is exquisite. I am always amazed by how beautiful things turn out. See the before and after.

My wife and I are so very happy with our kitchen and bathroom renovations. Daniel Isaac was instrumental in the success of this remodel. The kitchen and baths had to be completely torn down. Daniel redesigned the kitchen which made it much more functional and efficient. Our bathroom cabinetry and granite countertops are so pretty! Daniel implemented additional cabinets into the bathrooms which gives us more storage space. He has wonderful insight and was very patient with us as we made a few changes before finalizing the plan. He was very professional and courteous. We would definitely work with them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing kitchen design services.

I cannot say enough positive words about Ken and his team! He made it very easy for me when it came time to making decisions on our Kitchen for our new home. He always returned calls and emails in a timely manner. If I was "stuck" on an idea, he made suggestions for me to consider and then I was able to think about it and make my final decision. Absolutely the best! Daniel Issac was our designer and he did a fabulous job. We did a major kitchen reno with a dining room addition. Our cabinet choice was Crystal frameless in bisque with Dune Prima Corian countertops. Rob and Adam did an excellent job on the counters and installation. I love my new kitchen!

Love our beautiful new kitchen. Sarah from Fashion Par was the designer for our kitchen remodel. She was great to work with and did an excellent job of keeping everything organized and on schedule. She demonstrated that she listened closely to our list of priorities and came up with a beautiful functional design. The remodel consisted of a complete tear down and reconfiguration. The owner of Fashion Par, Ken, was frequently on site making sure everything was moving along to our satisfaction, and the carpenter, Rob, is a skilled craftsman who made sure every detail was done with perfection.

Commented: The tiles are beautiful. Were they purchased locally in Cedar Rapids?This Parade Home was built around the original home on the farmstead. Those are original to the home built in the early 1900's.

Commented: Is it okay have stained trim in this room and white trim in the next?I would say its more of a "balance" thing than a rule. Often times we mix stained wood along with paint. In areas like larger doorways and wood beams, its nice to break up the white paint...
