River Tree Builders did a house addition for us in 2007. They did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard and the subs they worked with were also very professional. Eric Rabesa, now owner of Rivertree Custom Builders, did a complete remodel of our two condos combining them into one at Bear Claw Condominiums in Steamboat Springs, CO. Working with Philadelphia interior designer, John Kelly, and Boulder architect Eric Weeks, the quality was excellent using the best materials and finishes. He could not have been better to work with--especially with me living in New Jersey. He was always quick to ask questions when in doubt and the result is the finest condo in all of Bear Claw and probably rivals any condo in Steamboat Springs. Even today, 10 years later, he is quick to respond to a question and coordinates any new work that may need to be done. I would whole-heartedly recommend him for any custom construction/

Eric and Rivertree built an add-on garage at my house in Stagecoach (Oak Creek, CO). The job involved clearing and leveling the construction site, which was on a fairly steep slope. The resulting structure is perfect in almost every way. It is situated in a position that makes it extremely convenient to the house. It's style and color are matched almost perfectly with the house as well. Rather than an "add-on," it looks like it was planned and constructed with the house itself. Many of my neighbors have complemented me on how good the garage looks. Great work, Eric!!

I hired Rivertree Custom Builders after working with Eric Rabesa as the Projector Manager for my Quiksilver store remodel in 2006. In 2011, the Quiksilver store moved to a new retail location and Rivertree was hired to accomplish the interior build out from a real estate sales office to a retail store. A bare space to a fully functional retail space is a required short time period. Both jobs were done in the required time period and on budget. The sub-contractors I worked with were high level professionals and I never encountered any problems that were not taken care of quickly and cost effectively. They use a system during the entire project to keep you informed, and is very helpful, on the day to day aspects of the project. My store still receives numerous compliments to this day.

In 2006 we "gutted" our 1972 Ranch House in Steamboat Springs, CO and loved the complete re-do of the Interior with Hand Hewn Hickory floors and Plaster while maintaing the Western Cedar "Mill Cut" rustic look of the exterior. In 2012 we decided to extend the existing roof line 24ft with an addition to create a Master Suite and covered patio underneath. Our main concern was to: 1) Maintain the Ranch House look of "Mill Cut" Western Cedar on the Exterior 2) Duplicate the "Interior Look" as to appear "seamless" with the existing interior. The end result was that we could not be more pleased with the outcome and were impressed with attention to every detail for an "Addition" that doesn't look like one. An Example of one simple, but critical, "touch" was to acquire oversized Western Cedar Posts and Siding and then "rough up" with a chain saw in order to replicate the original 1972 "Mill Cut" Material/look! Ross Fralick was the on-site Manager and is simply "THE BEST" and went beyond "The Call of Duty" to keep the project on track while minimizing the disruption to our Daily Lives. We would ( and have) recommend Rivertree Custom Builders HIGHLY!

I can't say enough good things about Rivertree. They are a professional operation, from beginning to end. They helped with our re-model plans, ensuring good, cost-effective decision-making. They informed us quickly if things weren't going according to plan, which does happen. And they always had the recommendations for a work-around ready at the same time we'd hear of a difficulty.

Rivertree is AWESOME! They are totally professional and get the job done. They spent hours before the project making sure it was exactly what we wanted. Even after the remodel, they offer support and help! Not only a good friend, but a great contractor, Eric spends the extra time needed to get a project going AND finish it! Plus our kitchen and floors look AWESOME! Great team of builders and Samantha is one amazing lady as well!

I used Rivertree to do a remodel for me in my garage. Their work was excellent - ontime and on budget! There carpenters showed up when they said they would and they always cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Rivertree to others without hesitation. AND most importantly I would use them again if the need arises!
