New carpeting, new flooring in back bathroom, new baseboards, new light fixture in kitchen, all walls painted, drapes rehung and repaired at top where needed, cabinets were coated to improve appearance, and mirror removal and replacement occurred in dining room area all vastly improved the entire appearance of the interior of my condo. All this work was completed to my satisfaction and thanks to their excellent service, quality of work, and the brief amount of time given to complete all this work due to HOA restrictions, I received 3 offers in just 3 short weeks, the best one now in escrow! The new buyers were more motivated because the condo looks so clean, is totally livable and they're looking forward to their new space. I loved working with Linda and her staff. Since I live in another area (hundreds of miles away from the condo), it was wonderful to have such a trustworthy individual as Linda handling all the tasks for me, keeping me informed along the way. What a great experience, and I'd recommend Linda and her staff anytime.

Linda listens to "your ideas" then she figures out your style and implements your ideas within your budget so the end product reflects the owner's style and not Linda's own style. She has an eye for color and for pulling the whole project together for a very personal and customized look in your home. Linda's attention to detail is the end result you are looking and hoping for in your design. She was very easy to work with on my projects. Her gentle manner and fun sense of humor was refreshing when dealing with many details and deadlines. Linda will walk the extra step with you to make sure it all happens the way you want it to be in your home. I recommend Linda for any home improvement you might be seeking for your home.

Linda was instrumental in doing all the decorating of the homes we built as RECO Construction in the 90s. She did a wonderful job of giving the homes the warmth and appeal needed to quickly sell them and each one had their own "personality". She also has done all the decorating in future homes we owned, pulling everything together in a pleasing and professional manner. We would highly recommend her for her professionalism and her individual attention she gives to each customer. In the many jobs she has done in her career I know of no one who has been disappoiinted.

We hired this company to aid us in selecting a method of keeping bright sunlight out of our dining room. We have a valuable oil painting and fairly new upholstery that we wanted to protect. We set an appointment with Linda Cunningham, who arrived at the correct time; she suggested three options and provided the approximate cost for each option. We opted for window tinting. The treament was provided in a timely manner, and Linda followed up with us immediately to determine if we were satisfied.

Linda Cunningham is a very professional interior decorator. She has assisted us with recovering a living room couch and chair, selecting a custom sized dining room rug and window treatment for three rooms. Earlier she was a tremendous help with a major replacement of our kitchen countertops and back splash. Every time she has been responsive to our wishes, brought the project in on time and within budget. Linda can be counted on for excellent service, initial and follow up.

They did verticle shades in 3 rooms of our sons home on the beach. She recommended just the right product for enjoying the view and also taking into account being close to the water ....Linda was easy to work with and the installation was done in a timely manner and done well.
