So ... after waiting over a week for a price, I called to see what the problem was. The lady on the phone was polite. She called me back and said that I'd hear something today that the guy was working on it right then. That was around 9:30 am. And, as of 5:30 pm, I still have NOTHING! I called this company because the reviews I saw were all very good. I'm glad that you have plenty of work that you don't need my business. I'm angry and I'll end with this ... This is ridiculous! If you don't need the work, just tell me. If the job isn't big enough, just tell me!! I guess we'll never know!

Absolutely the most knowledge General Contractor in Rowan County! Quality work, very knowledgeable, worth every penny. Takes time to listen to your needs and put it all together so you can also get the wants in budget!

We used Central Piedmont (CP) Builders at the recommendation of several neighbors who had work done similar to our proposed jobs. Owner and general contractor Chad Vriesema is personable, dedicated to his craft, and delivered on every item. He steered us through a series of absolutely top-notch craftsmen in all trades ultimately delivering a suite of new rooms (master bath, closet, utility room, kitchen, powder room) that are appropriate to today’s needs, electrical safety, plumbing codes, and good framing practices. The cabinetry and counters are exactly to our desires in design, materials, function, and appearance. The tile work, hardwood flooring, lighting, and paint were all done by teams of professionals who not only had great skills, but cared about the finished results and our satisfaction.

Chad Vriesma was enjoyable to work with, worked with us to get the price where it needed to be, checked in frequently on his crews to ensure quality work, made good recommendations, and most importantly, met his commitments.
