I worked with Karin in 2013 to design a 70' circular garden for my daughter's wedding. Karin is a gifted landscape architect and came up with a simple, romantic and quite breathtaking design, She has great ideas yet was very adaptable to working practically with us -- to save $$ we had lots of plants we wanted to move from another part of the yard -- and she blended them seamlessly into the plan. Three years later the garden is going from strength to strength and is my pride and joy (and the envy of the neighbors!).

Siteline Architecture

Siteline Architecture has worked with Karin on a number of projects over the years, most recently a deck, patio and pool project. Karin worked within a very tight area of the site that was encumbered by a number of issues not least of which was an existing septic system. The design was extremely successful and has allowed our client to enjoy both the look and the function of their new amenities as well as allowing them to access an area of their landscape that was previously not utilized. Karins design sensibility is very nice and her professionalism is consistent. We have always been happy with the timeliness of her design work and look forward to working with her on future projects.

We hired Karin because of her reputation for beautiful, drought-tolerant landscape designs. Our front yard had a sloping lawn that nobody ever used and a steep walkway that was not very inviting. Karin developed a plan for a new, more level entryway surrounded by a variety of ground covers and flowering plants. We no longer have to water our yard every other day, and we increased the curb appeal of our house greatly. Not only was Karin great at designing the perfect yard for us, but she worked closely with our landscape contractor to ensure that her plan was executed correctly. She inspected and approved the plants that came from the wholesaler, and she made it a point to be on site for the final placement of all of the plants. I could not be happier with Karin's work, and with our new, drought-tolerant front yard!

It still remains a mystery to me how Karin Koffman could transform our yard into a world of such beauty. Not only did she fulfill the practical function of walkways and drip systems but she created a backdrop to our home using plants and bolders and wrought iron fences, that is stunning. She is charming; easy to work with and has a great attitude.. Linda

I was most impressed with Karin's design of our property. She visited early, before building, & determined that the prevailing westerly wind would be very uncomfortable in our planned back yard & pool area. She suggested turning the house plan around to create a sheltered area & also added a fireplace. It has worked out wonderfully. She also reoriented the pool & designed a pergola at the end, which makes a great focal point.
