Very Bad service , Product is half delivered and the lamp shade that was pending not delivered in spite of numerous follow ups. Very irresponsible.

The best company I came across internet. Order in starting some lights I got good quality and then recently ordered furniture which I got now is also very excellent. Special thanks to Rishabh ji for their service.

I have ordered table and a floor lamp.end of November Payment is done fully but till date haven't received my courier. Very irresponsible. No updates. I have been shared the picture of my order on 8th Jan but iit isn't dispatched till now

It was a wonderful experience working with Rishabh Ji and Team. His attention to detail and material selections are extraordinary. He is very innovative and has a great sense of designing. We are extremely pleased with final result as well as the entire process from putting our thoughts on piece of paper to executing the same with impeccable workmanship.

Horrible, poor quality, very bad customer service, no resposible persont o tend to customer. well I read the review posted here. They seem good. But the experience I had was extremely bad. For one, these people do no respond once you pay them the money. They take ages to manufacture the items, in my case it was just 2 lamps. And none of them respond to you by mail or message. Mr. Rishab seems to be always int he factory or market and has no time to respond to client concerns. I ordered two floor lamps and i Received an entirely damaged product. These people blamed the courier agency. But I must say that the manufacturer packing itself was very poor without any thermocol backing for an item that is to be shipped from Moradabad to Kerala!. Including the box of lamp shades which were deformed when I received it, because they were just put in boxes without proper packaging. Also the parts used in manufacturing including screws were rusted. And the entire quality of the lamp showed only haste and poor quality. 3 months to manufacture such an item??? Confronting them with this lead to nothing. They have continuously blamed the transporter and done nothing to make amends for this purchase. Horrible experience, and I will ensure that the entire architect and designer fraternity in Kerala atleast do not do business with these people. They have a trusted seal on Indiamart, but please be warned that Indiamart has issued a warning to them after this, and the seal is nothing but a document to fool customers.

I have had the worst nightmare working with these guys !! FOR ONE they did not send me i product and have not refunded my money! ALL the piece that arrived were broken because they were packed badly plus the finish was TERRIBLE. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL SEND ME A CAN OF PAINT SO THAT I CAN DO THE TOUCH UP MYSELF !!! to the point that all the pieces are lying as they were -as scrap. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THEM !!!
