They listened to our brief and involved us in the design process ensuring we understood every detail and were happy with the design before signing off each stage. They gave us a clear understanding of the costs from the outset and were always approachable and pleasant to deal with once the work began. “A fantastic team with great working ethos. Theo came up with the initial design and adjusted where needed and was very knowledgeable with current trends and themes that are representative of the current markets. He created the layout and plantage of the garden which was a complete makeover and transformation. Ethan is incredibly talented at putting the whole piece together and paid attention to the finer details which ultimately ended up creating a masterpiece for my family. “A very professional job completed by Limestone Landscapes on a small town garden in Hertfordshire. Beautifully laid porcelain patio with resin path leading to a smaller secondary patio and new artificial turf. New fencing installed to create a larger garden with timber pergola and low maintenance borders. The work included painting the fencing and installation of tensioned steel cables to support climbers. Client was delighted with the garden which now offers a contemporary colourful and peaceful garden with lots of space for outdoor dining and entertaining. Heartwood Garden Design”

“Vicki is an excellent garden designer. She really listened to the brief I gave her and delivered an exceptionally beautiful garden which is easy to maintain but has all the elements which we requested. It has year round colour and interest - which was not easy to achieve considering that we have really poor soil. She never minded if I vetoed a plant suggestion that she had made and always came up with several more possibilities. We get so much pleasure from our garden now and Vicki continues to provide advice and help. I can't rate her highly enough!”

“I engaged Ben on a project a couple of years back, which has only just completed (Sep 2020). The reasons for the delay were down to the complexity of the project, requiring multiple design considerations from various suppliers. Throughout the engagement, Ben has been both professional and hardworking, as well as patient whilst we both worked through design options and considerations to find the best solutions. The resulting design and installation (in my case a Hardwood Deck with automated hatch leading to a workshop/study/storeroom beneath) is testimony to that hard work and focus. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben for any design projects you might be wishing to undertake.”

“Last summer Emma helped us create a brand new garden; including a play area, new beds and lawn and a detailed planting plan. Our brief was for a family-friendly, low maintenance garden with year-round colour and interest, that also attracted bees and butterflies, and that’s exactly what Emma delivered. She also bought all the plants and materials, and created a maintenance plan to help us keep the garden looking great all year round. Having completed the planting at the end of last summer, it was so exciting and rewarding to see the garden come to life this spring, with so many interesting and beautiful plants. Now the garden has truly become an extension of our living space, and everyone who sees it comments on how stunning it looks.
