“The team removed some older stone gardens, refurbished the brick work and matched new bricks to fill in the areas left. They then designed a fireplace and bar area within our budget and installed it. All work was done in 9 days. The staff and crew were excellent. They did a great cleanup every day even carefully replacing the fence so our dogs could use the yard each nite. When finished they reseeded and repaired damaged grass areas. We couldn't recommend them more and will look to them for future projects.”

“I hired Great Oaks to design and install my landscape as soon as they renovated my neighbors property and it sold for 10% more then its asking price. They are so helpful and respectful. They took the time to educate me about what they were planning, installing, the process, and just about landscape architecture in general. I learned so much from them and they created a breathtaking outdoor living space which I use everyday. It made my house something I was proud to show off. I now have friends and family over because they turned my backyard into a entertaining living area which is simply beautiful and I can fit 3 times as many people as I used to be able too. I Never could have imagined a big landscaping company woud care so much about 1 individual homeowner but they really do. They still contact me to make sure it's still as perfect as the day it was installed.”

“Four Seasons Designer, Dena Serrato, met with me on several occasions at office and my home to envision possibilities for front walk and wall, and complete back yard design and plantings. Once the design was accepted she recommended materials, plantings, etc. All coordinated with views from windows, seasonal color changes, and more. This was a major job including more than 10 trees, dozens of bushes and dozens more perennial plantings plus flagstone patios, brick walls, and brick walks. Excellent service and very customer-oriented. The crew that did the installation was fantastic. Arrived on time daily. Worked without idling. Cleaned thoroughly each day so all public walks and passages on the property were spic and span. Work was completed on time and according to specifications. I have done major landscaping projects at previous homes. My experienced assessment is that Four Seasons Garden Center & Custom Landscape company and all the staff and contractors who worked on this project are First Class.”

Patrick's input on the design of our patio, incorporating a pizza oven, grill, fireplace, hot tub, pergola and seating area resulted in the perfect outdoor living space for our family and guests. “We are extremely happy with our Patio, Spa and Fire Pit project done by Brandon, Alex, Jake and the entire Lawn Guru crew. The ideas for our backyard were taken into account and made better than we could have ever imagined. The finished product exceeded our greatest expectations. They were very up front about all costs, and pulled out all the stops to make sure we met our deadline. When pre-existing problems in our lot became evident they brought in appropriate experts to make sure the issue was taken care of. They wanted to make sure it was done right the first time, and that we wouldn't have any issues 10, 20 years down the line. Every detail was thought of and the attention to detail these guys have is amazing. We would highly recommend the Lawn Guru team for any project!”

“I originally contacted Karleen Shafer to help me with a design for my small backyard, which was used for parking, and completely overgrown with weeds and concrete debris from a torn down garage. Knowing nothing about landscaping or planting, Karleen provided me with two designs and photos of plantings that would work well for an inexperienced gardner. She was attentive to my requirements: a space to park two cars, a patio for entertaining, space for a gas grill, something aesthetically pleasing, and plantings that would be easy for me to maintain. I was so happy with the final design that I also had Karleen and her crew do the installation. This was a late fall installation, and her crew worked around rainy and cold weather to complete the project. She and her crew were respectful and trustworthy. The final layout was beautiful - a flagstone patio for entertaining, a gravel pathway to the tool shed, and a variety of tall grasses, bushes and plants integrated with the hardscaping. I received tons of compliments from family, friends, and neighbors! It was a total transformation and I have enjoyed entertaining and maintaining it for several years now. Karleen stayed in touch after the installation, making sure to educate me on preparing for the cold months (e.g., cutting the grasses back) and what to do in the Spring. All-in-all, an excellent investment with an excellent company with a friendly, hands-on and committed group of landscape professionals! Would hire this company again in a heart beat!
