“Absolutely delighted with the incredible work that Daniel and his team at DSE Landscapes did for us. Daniel took on a creatively and technically challenging job and turned our ghastly and badly damaged pool into a wonderful tiered sunken garden with fire pit. Daniel and the team were a pleasure to have around the house and always seemed to take extra care to ensure that everything was neat and tidy at the end of each day. We now have a beautiful feature addition to our home that is used and enjoyed on a daily basis by the whole family. Thanks Daniel!”

“We approached Kev to design the gardens of our beach house in Goolwa. As the house is literally behind the sand dunes we had no idea what plants would survive the salt laden winds. As my husband and I are from different cultural backgrounds we wanted him to create spaces that reflected our individual tastes, was reminiscent of places we have travelled coupled with being sympathetic to the property location. During our consultation Kev recommended creating two quite different gardens – the front to draw inspiration from the beach, sand dunes and its native surrounds, and the rear to have a more tropical, lush feel that would create a completely different experience representing our travels overseas. When Kev presented the design plan to us, it was better than we ever imagined. We absolutely love the selection of plants recommended and the contemporary landscaping materials such as the rusted steel, raised curved garden beds to complement the wide variety of native flora for the front garden, and elements such as the outdoor shower for Tim after a surf and bath for myself to relax under the stars for the back garden. He also included extensive undercover decked outdoor living and dining area’s as we’re keen entertainers. He even managed to include stone paving and steps referrencing my grandmothers Portuguese bungalow in Kerala in South India into the design – a place I told him had a special place in my heart during our first meeting. I can’t wait to see his design come to fruition over the coming months and highly recommend Kev to anyone reading this!”

“Outhouse Design did an amazing job of interperting my "vague" ideas and transforming them into an amazing garden. Steve was able to understand my waving arms, was always available to explain ideas so that I could see the vision and always had time for many questions. The garden had some challengs, space (or lack of), extending my "unclear" vision, lots of sunlight and wanting to ensure that all was captured in a small space. Being a busy and single female professional, he assisted overseeing the tradespeople and ensure that I both my garden and I was treated with respect and kept under budget. The end result is amazing, I am forever getting comments on the evolving garden. The garden was not only an extension of my home but also of my personality. I will use Outhouse Design to design my next garden design and have highly recommended him to my friends and neighbours, who have all shared in the same great experience I did.”

“We deal with many trades company for our newly building home. This company was the only one who provide service beyond our expectation. This company work first to meet customer satisfaction before money. Staff were very polite , professional and very dedicated to provide a high quality of job with much low price in compare to other companies. “Over the past 15 years Secret Gardens has transformed 2 different gardens for us into beautiful places we could enjoy and entertain. Our first property was an apartment in Paddington with a 60m terrace. Secret gardens transformed the terrace into different entertaining areas including a water feature. At our second home in Bondi they transformed a bland garden into a entertainers dream. They created a deck with a concrete built in BBQ that was the main attraction. The follow up service was outstanding as they take pride in their work and continue to provide exceptional service in the periodical maintenance.”

“We used the services of Sticks and Stones at a major redevelopment of our residential house in Malabar this year. The renovation included not only major changes to the house, but also to the whole of property including landscape. Sticks and Stones were used very early in the process, when our vision for the house and landscape was still being developed. Julia and Fiona visited the site on a number of occasions, and designed a plan that was submitted to council and used by our builders as an integral part of our final plans. The landscaping plan provided was all inclusive, from plants to irrigation and fencing. Julia and Fiona’s vision, plus the work provided by the landscaping team, resulted in a landscaped garden befitting the beautiful house that was built. The final resulted exceeded our expectations, was completed on time, and within budget. We have no hesitation in recommending Sticks and Stones, and can provide further testimonial if requested.”
