“Denali Custom Homes, Inc. hired Studio M of Mingle to work with my clients on a Luxury Home Tour house. The Designers did an amazing job of delivering a well received rustic contemporary design on a very tight budget. Studio M made all the interior selections with the client and coordinated the information to my staff in a timely and professional manor. Studio M worked with their sister company Mingle to design and supply all the cabinetry as well. They also staged the entire home with furniture for the show and did such a fantastic job that the clients simply could not part with the furnishings and decor. We were extremely please with their designers, service, and organization. It could not have gone smoother.”

“I've had Dercon do a variety of projects for me over the past year, including windows, siding, roof, and now a bathroom remodel. They have been reliable, turning up on time when expected and finishing the job on schedule. The work was done very well - more than one city inspector commended the job done - and minor issues were quickly fixed. Their subcontractors were easy to work with and talented - particular commendation to their tile and paint contractors, who went above and beyond to get things right. Not the cheapest bids, but worth the price.”

“I hired Carol Interior Fashions to do work on my home which had absolutely no charm. Carol came into my home, listened to my ideas and blended together a plan to reform my home. I wanted to do it right the first time considering the cost of paint ,furnishings ,window treatments and time. Carol went right to work with myself and my husband to help us transform our home creating a ,"Tuscan villa" feel. Carol was always very professional and always on time with deadlines. Carol has a great personality and it is very easy to share ideas with her .Carol values your input by coordinating your style/personality with the design . It's a shared masterpiece. “I have hired Homecare to remodel my bath, add a patio door in my living room where there were windows, and to install new windows in my home. Steve Earl is very knowledgeable and offers many options. He even pointed out areas where I could save money by not replacing things that didn't need to be replaced. His carpenters are friendly and have always gone the extra mile to keep my home clean. More importantly, they know what they are doing! Homecare's subcontractors have been prompt and professional and have done excellent work as well. I couldn't recommend Homecare more.”

“We are DYI people and try to be savvy shoppers during projects to keep budgets on track. However there are times it is wise to hire a professional and Rick Jacobson is that guy. We have hired Rick for many projects (big & small) over the past 18 years. 1. Enlarging basement bedroom and additional storage. 2. Bathroom remodel - Created beautiful tiled shower in basement to replace a small corner prefab one. Easily twice the size and a good 6 inches taller. 3. Replaced all our exterior doors and windows with precision. All windows continue to open and close effortlessly years later. Rick made sure we had all the paperwork for energy efficient tax rebate. 4. Enlarged kitchen doorway and relocated header out of sight in attic space with stunning results. 5. His recommendations for subcontractors have been good as well. Have used same carpet installer for additional projects. No matter what size of project you are doing Rick is always professional, stays in communication, respectful of home interior, clean up and doesn't leave a job until we are satisfied. Rick has welcomed us working alongside him. We have learned so much and truly respect his skill and expertise. During our recent kitchen remodel we needed to hire a drywall crew ASAP after ours was a no show at the last minute. Got 4 estimates in 24 hours. Decided to take the bid that was $850 less than Rick. Huge mistake. When we hired Rick for finish trim it was obvious what a shoddy drywall job it was. Because of his experience Rick was able to make all the trim work look perfect. We are still stuck with a shoddy drywall job. You can always find someone to do it cheaper and you will live with that for years.”
