“Marcus Sebastian Construction build a new bathroom for us, they transformed the Laundry room in a bathroom - laundry room where we now have the opportunity to take a shower when we come in from working at landscaping. The shower is large and elegant with glass all around it, and had a bench to rest on during the wash. The bench seat matches the countertop that they installed with a farmhouse sink. The shower floor contains stone tiles, they look like little stones in the sea shore. The white cabinets are elegant and they enclose the washer and dryer tower and you don’t even see them unless you open the two elegant doors. They also renewed the ceiling in this bathroom and put extra strength in it to be able to sustain a new bathtub they put in the bathroom upstairs. The bathtub upstairs look very elegant. They also installed a new vanity in the upstairs bathroom. We are very happy with the new bathroom/laundry room downstairs and the new bathtub and cabinets upstairs. The work was completed professionally, and the project was done in a timely manner, and within the estimated cost. The men who came to work on our bathrooms, were professional, polite, helpful, and considerate and did everything they could to ensure we were satisfied with the job.”

“We hired Dover Home Remodelers for a basement project 9 years ago. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and Dover's professionals really showed us what we could get out of it. We were able to add another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a new laundry room and plenty of space for our growing family. What we really enjoyed about working with Dover was that they spelled everything out ahead of time, they met their deadlines and budgets, and when they ran into difficulties they worked with us to actually improve upon the original design. It has been 9 years but we still get nothing but complements on our remodel project. We cannot recommend their work enough.”

“We hired Vlada to renovate a 1070's bathroom with worn vanity and PINK tile in one of our single family rental houses. The agreement was for him to do all demolition and replace the flooring and walls. In addition, he was to convert a useless hall closet into a useful series of shelves in the new bathroom. The results were spectacular--so much so that we hired him to renovate a second bathroom and to enclose a window and reconstruct part of a wall in another rental house. We then asked him to "spruce up" a third bathroom in a third house and could not believe our eyes when we saw what he accomplished with only a bit of drywall compound, caulking, and paint! It was hard to believe it was the same bathroom. We fear we might working against our best interests in writing this review because we intend to hire Vlada for all future real estate improvements and hope he'll not become so busy he won't have time for all the work we have in our single family rental home business. We are NEW AGAIN HOMES with a BBB rating of A+ which means we can't afford to write exaggerated reviews that would damage our own reputation. you can trust our word when we say Vlada will be the "go to" person for us for so long as we have renovation projects to be done. Our own home will be the next venue on the list of projects for which we intend to hire Vlada. And by the way, he's an exceptionally nice person with quite reasonable rates! He's fast, which is extremely important in our business, and he's also 100% dependable. He comes up with creative solutions to "sticky" problems and turns eyesores into items of beauty! “I had my kitchen remodeled. A half wall was taken out and new cabinets and granite countertops and a bamboo floor. A fan was moved. Canned lights put in the kitchen and family room. Bamboo floors in the bathroom.”

I am a novice at home decorating/renovation and she has been a great guide through the process of furnishing my new kitchen and bathroom addition. “Hurst has done two remodels for us. The first was in 2006 and included a complete kitchen remodel including granite countertops, wood floors and all upscale appliances. The wall between the kitchen and dining room was taken out and the dining room was made twice the original size with an addition that included changing the roof line, new beams, tray ceiling with lighted crown molding and bay window with bench seat including storage. The wood floors continued from the kitchen. A bedroom was added on the lower level under the dining room addition. We were and are very happy with the work and especially the workmanship. The attention to detail on the part of all the workman meant the finished dining room addition and kitchen are beautiful to look at and functional and fun to use. Our second project with Hurst was in 2008 when we updated all the bathrooms with beautiful granite, tile, new sinks, faucets and hardware. The shower was torn out completely and rebuilt as a walk-in shower which we love. Grab bars and a perfect shower floor for safety are wonderful and the plumber located the shower controls so that you don't have to step in to the shower to turn it on. Again, we appreciated the leader of the project and all the attention to detail. The young plumber was fantastic! Hurst has done several small outside jobs for us including pouring new entryway steps and adding railings. We are just ready to put our home on the market as we are moving West to be closer to all our grandchildren. We will miss all these wonderful improvements but know they will really add value to our home and make it desireable in the "sea of homes" on the market! We have recommended Hurst to our friends and recently saw a kitchen granite countertop job that our friends are very pleased with and it looks fantastic. We would recommend Hurst for your buiding, designing, and remodeling needs. Sue and Herb Hausmann, Westlake, OH”
