“I am a sales representative with American Woodmark Corporation. My company has a line of cabinets sold at Lowes called Shenandoah Cabinetry. Lowes is my account and Bryan is one of the designers at Lowes in Pikeville, KY. I have been in the industry for 6 1/2 years now and have met several designers over the years. I would place Bryan at the very top of the list when it comes to design skills, professionalism, knowledge, and creativitiy. Bryan takes his business at Lowes miles further than any other designer. He took the initiative to learn the NKBA guidelines and apply them to designs. He also took the initiative to get certified by the NKBA. Very few designers at Lowes take this opportunity. Bryan thinks outside the box when it comes to designing a kitchen. He is very efficient in qualifying his customers and meeting their needs. Bryan listens to what his customers want, but he also asks great questions to get customers to think beyond a beautiful kitchen and think about functionality of the kitchen. He wants to make sure the kitchen is not only beautiful, but that it meets the needs of the customer and their lifestyle. Bryan also makes sure to stay on top of the newest design trends in the industry. “Malinda was very professional in laying out our kitchen cabinets, suggestions on counter tops, tile backsplashes and flooring. Her knowledge of wood types, colors and accessories is great. Malinda is always smiling. Her attitude and willingness to work with you gives a relaxed feeling. The cabinets and other materials Malinda ordered arrived exactly on time or earlier !!!!!!!
