“We first used Creative Designs in 2012 to refurbish our main bathroom and en-suite. We chose CD due to their competitive quote and their desire to help us achieve the look we wanted with clever designs and helpful suggestions. We used them again in 2013 to refurbish the cloakroom, and although a relatively small job, CD’s attention to detail was again of a very high standard. This year, we chose them for a third time to refurbish our kitchen, after once again contacting a total of three suppliers for quotes. We have been very pleased with the standard of workmanship and attention to detail given to our kitchen and bathroom projects by the team at CD. CD kept us informed at every stage and were always available to answer questions and offer advice. Over the course of the various projects we have seen at least eight different tradesmen, each a specialist in their own field, and we have to say that to a man they were punctual, courteous and hard working. If we had to describe CD in one word, it would be quality. We would have no hesitation in recommending Creative Designs to others.”

“I used this company to refurbish my kitchen. Initial contact was made at the showroom and following a survey carried out at my property I was called to the showroom to see a presentation of the proposed layout for my kitchen. After some tweaking a final plan to supply and fit a new kitchen including alterations and preparations to the electrics and plumbing was agreed. The work was carried out to a very high standard by the company's employees and was completed to the agreed timeframe. The experience of using this company was exactly what I expect when spending a large amount of money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends.”

“Hove Kitchens provided a complete new kitchen consisting of German handleless cabinets, with Siemens appliances and Corian worktops. It looks fantastic and works brilliantly. Follow up service has been very thorough with excellent communication and seemless liaison with other trades throughout the project. “I had a complete kitchen refit and bathroom alterations. It was a pleasure dealing with this friendly family firm and I am very pleased with the work done. The initial survey did not take into account the strength of a plasterboard wall for shelves or some extra electrical work required for an aesthetically pleasing finish. However, all work has been completed to a very high standard.”

“Alexander James owner was very helpful in all the planning, advising on systems, materials, where to buy, who to buy from and provided an accurate Quotation which was adhered to. There were a number of add-ons which we wanted as work progressed and we were provided with an honest and fair cost for materials and labour. Alexander James has qualified and registered electrical and gas heating engineers negating the need to employ multiple tradesmen. Another factor which we found gratifying with Alexander James Home Renovations was that the team worked tirelessly all day with very little breaks, enabling the projects to finish to schedule. Excellent team to work with.”
