I had availed the services of U&Us for interiors of my 2BHK house in Airoli. I was satisfied with the quality of the work and furniture delivered. I was also informed that there is 10 year warranty. However, after about 7-8 months, the laminate on 2 of the furniture items started coming off the ply at the corners. The same was attended to by the service team of U&Us. Now after about another 10 months, the laminates of almost all the furniture items (except for kitchen) have started coming off the ply. When contacted, the company says that the service to repress the laminate will be chargeable. It is disappointed to see that such a good brand provides products which start disintegrating within 2 years and even though the articles are covered under warranty, the company is asking money to repair the same.
