I had a terrible experience with the electrical works the guy didn't do earthing wiring in most sockets n also didn't leave the conduits to get the wire stretched now we are facing many issues and I am really thinking what a mistake I did of giving them this contract , there are others issues also but this is really worrisome and for rectification it will spoil the interiors what a shame , worst mistake of my life

I hired The Studio for the interior work for our new apartment. Overall we had a very good experience with the service. We were new to the interior design space and were not sure about the choice of designer amongst the many choices out there. From our initial meeting with Nandita, the experience was based on trust. We are happy that the home of our dreams is realized with the work done by her firm.

We recently got the interiors of our house done by The Studio. We had seen some of Nandita's work online but after we saw her own house done by herself we fell in love with her taste, ideas and elegance. Ours was a complete renovation project including the flooring, false roofing, lighting and furnishings. She handled all our queries very patiently and suggested ideas that matched our requirements. She has a gift with interior design and added really chic aspects to our project, making the design unique and special to us. She worked on our house as if it was her own, her attention to detail was impressive. The project was handed over on time as was promised and the compliments that we got for our house were mind blowing. Our home is stunning and our heartfelt thanks to Nandita Manwani and her team!!!

She did the complete interior solution for our Apartment which was awesome considering our requirements and lifestyle. If anyone looking for Quality and Classic interiors then she is the right person to be contacted, Classic and Elegance are the words to describe her work. She is a pro in detailing the sequence of work that needs to be carried,She also considers functionality, durability and safety aspects in her designs and suggestions. I discovered Nandita through her blog , and from the onset she was professional on all regards. She designs according to our usage like whether non veg or veg and how much frying we do and what type of vessels we have and Her design made our kitchen quite spacious. She provided invaluable guidance in regard to colour scheme and the final outcome has been producing nothing but compliments.She has impeccable taste, an excellent eye for color, and very creative ideas to make it outstanding. Her site supervisor and carpenter also put in lots of hard-work . I will definitely recommend her to all my friends .

I hired Nandita and company for interior design of my apartment in Bangalore. I was looking for someone who will not need supervision and can deliver on a turnkey basis. She definitely delivered on promise and I moved in without ever having to supervise the progress. Promise delivered with great style and quality. I would rate Nandita amongst the best interior designers in Bangalore. A friend recommended her blog homedesignbangalore / the studio to us for general advise as we were about to start our interiors. What struck us the most when we met her was her genuineness. She was not pushy for selling her services and open enough to tell us the furniture/ décor that we should buy from the market and what to get made by her team to suit the overall finish and the look that we desired for the home. A true advisor in that regard which is much needed when doing up ones home. Her designs are top notch and tailor made for our needs - I was surprised when she asked me things like how many shirts I have in my cupboard :) and to my wife whether she is left handed or right and used this info to design the wardrobes and the kitchen. To see her working was as if she was making her own home - interestingly she painted the theme wall in my kids bedroom herself. The home has come out just perfect and exactly the way we wanted it. A big thanks Nandita and do keep up the good work.

Nandita was my interior designer for my new home. You can still see some of the photos from my house at her site. I found her very professional and thorough with her designing. She incorporated most visible things with vivid colours and the most invisible things with the maximum utility. After 5+ years the home still looks good, and all the fittings, cupboards and drawers are still working as new. There are very few of my friends who are ready to believe that my interior is 5 years old. The quality of material used is real value for money. Wish her all the best for her future work.

Commented: design dilemma in living roomA typical partition or anything on the floor may make the space look constrained. I'd suggest you just use a different finish of flooring to partition the space...for e.g. you can have wooden flooring...
