Shivangi and her team are thorough professionals. She did the interiors of my apartment and spent a considerable amount of time understanding our requirements and taking us through possible options. She patiently re did the designs to accommodate all our needs and did not show any reluctance to come up with new designs, ideas based on the discussions. She ensured that we were satisfied with the final design - which involved several discussions before she even started the work. This appraoch ensured a smooth and timely completion of the work, without any issues - since the plan was already discussed and finalized at the last level of detail. Her execution team is strong, she had a dedicated person supervising the execution - again a patient and enthusiastic team member who ensured that the execution exactly matches the design and did not suggest alternatives if the execution was tough. The materials used were of excellent quality within our budget. They delivered an excellent outcome - we loved our renovated apartment!! Strongly recommend Kaleido architecture.

Came up with an innovative approach to a requirement we had. A few designs (like our bench) could have been a little more ergonomic. Was approachable, responsive. We wish work could have been done in parallel and timelines were stuck to without as much follow up but this could have been because of Covid.
