Completely Agree with Saket's Review. No value of time commitment and continuously giving false assurances. Also kept on asking for more money without even finished 10% of the job and taking 40% of the project cost. Tries to give cheapest possible materials for everything and thus delaying - DO NOT give turnkey projects. only labour and site management contract, maybe. However, hardly has any team of artisans, technicians and labor per se. Also, despite charging you for the designs - would display your planned and approved designs in public domain even before the project is done.

Itzin was referred to me by a very close friend of mine, who had a wonderful experience working with them. When I first met the team, I was thoroughly impressed by their working process. We were shown the 3D designs of their previous projects based on our budget. It was remarkable that most of their projects were amazing and it was getting hard for us to decide. But as they talked to us, it was eventually the team who helped us decide the design based on our preferences and space. After signing the contract and finalizing all the details, costing and timing, the work began. The process in which the team worked was extremely smooth and professional. They began their work with the false ceiling and gradually moved to other parts spaces. They promised us the best quality design and materials and after 1 year of completion, I can vouch for the fact that they executed every bit of their promises and gave me the home of my dreams. From the best materials to a wonderful finishing, we loved working with team Itzin and look forward to working with them again in future. Definitely recommended!

Zero commitment for timeline. Worked diligently for first 30 days and then started delaying. Sporadic work all over and claimed it was done to buy time. Initial Design - Really good. Contract - Vague terms that do not include minute details which was brought up later on by their team. Time commitment - Very bad. Project to be completed in Dec 2019, was never finished till Mid Sep 2020. Finishing - Carpentry finishing was really bad and at the end of 13th month it was incomplete at best. False ceiling was good. Removed complete plumbing for washing machine and did not fix even after repetitive requests. Quality of materials - Used cheapest quality of electrical wires (check pics). Materials such as laminations, woods were according to spec. Having started the work in Aug 2019, they had ~95% money by Dec 2019 and kept giving new dates with rolling 2 weeks timeline.

Cannot believe its been a year of our new home. When we shifted to our new house, turning it into a home seemed quite a task. I had a few ideas in my mind, but executing them seemed an impossible thing, since I am a working woman. However, one of my friend suggested Itzin to me. When I contacted them, it was their knowledge and professionalism that impressed me. In less then 3 months, our house was ready and I cannot tell you how much I love the use of colours, design and the functionability of my new apartment.
