When I was searching for good interior designers for my house, I was extremely confused with the design choices and the right company to choose. However once I contacted Futomic Designs, things became highly organized. They surveyed my site and even gave me a concept presentation with a draft design of my room. Once we saw that, both my wife and me were mesmerized with the design quality and plushness that it exuded. So we instantly took the call and went ahead with them. And did we make the right choice: a resounding yes! They worked on the designs for almost 6 weeks giving us multiple options (each better that the last) and created a final full 3D view of our house. In fact Ms. Komal was the one who got multiple options made, we were satisfied with the first one itself. Meanwhile they had got the civil works like false ceiling, plumbing, electrical started so we did not lose any time while they were creating these detailed designs. Once we had the final 3D, they gave us a BoQ with three price points. We discussed and finalized the medium option that landed up at Rs. 3,000 per square feet or USD 500 per square meter approximately. After that, that helped us procure and custom order all materials that were required. For decorative & furnitures, they took us to China. The amazing variety and quality that we saw in China was simply mind blowing. Mr. Jayant helped us chose the best quality and while we had our agent, he was able to negotiate the best prices although he allowed us to buy from very big local brand only. After that was an excruciating one and a half month wait as all work happened (largely in factories). We were seeing only the civil work happening and feeling relieved looking at the awesome looking ceiling patterns and quality of plumbing & electrical work. Finally all items in Indian factory were ready (almost everything was modular) and the assemblage at our site started. This was followed by the China delivery and our house was ready, exact 103 days from the day we gave the advance to FDS. It felt as if a dream had come true and we had got much more than we wanted. We were so pleased with our home that we threw a huge inaugration party. The praises and wonder of all my friends and relatives are still sounding like melodies in my ears. The best comment was "you should charge for showing your home." This was followed by my kids inviting the friends for a party at our home to show off their theme rooms. As you can guess, we are elated with Futomic Design Services Pvt. Ltd. for the extraordinary services that they provided and have already given them 2 references. They hold the complete credit for transforming my 2 bedroom house into an ultra stylish residence. The colour pallets applied to the master bedroom are really impressive. My daughter’s room has been dedicated with a beautiful and sophisticated look. The drawing room is aesthetically presentable and we have received numerous compliments for the whole designing work. I am so glad that I chose Futomic Design Services Pvt. Ltd to get my home designed and it feels really good to say that they have fantastically displayed their potential of being the top interior designers. For a man of 70 years like me, it gets too difficult to coordinate with all aspects of the designing and my association with FDS took away all my worries related to this. My 3BHK home has been amazingly utilized by them. One of the rooms has been designed for me and my wife. The inclusion of enticing vintage elements and a traditional pooja space emits a noticeable amount of positivism. In the other room, designed for my son and daughter-in-law, bright colors have been applied to reflect the enthusiasm which their age group bears. There is a separate room in the house which has been transformed into a fabulous home theater for my son and his friends.
