Take this platform to thank "CEEBEE Design Studio" , we evaluated many Interior and new age companies for our Dream Home. In this journey many of the companies to start off wanted Initial deposit to even proceed to the next level , Many of them did not disclose the materials they would be using. At CEEBEE Design right from the 1st introduction phone call , to the face to face meeting, followed with multiple iterations of design and recommendations we saw warmth, understanding, open to our views. The journey was fabulous. Moving on the execution we had clear documentation sign at CEEBEE Design office and the same with the Onsite carpenters execute every single day. Right from morning 10am to Night 8/9 pm dedicated staff. Excellent quality of wood, wiring , handles, etc. The Carpenter staff where very polite , hardworking and good at their work... Regular site visit by project managers and documentation posted on Whatsapp group. I would 100% recommend CEEBEE Design to consider for your dream home.

I had approached ceebee design studio for the interior works . From starting they are very good at communication and its easy to coordinate for the works. And getting regular updates from the team regarding the work and completed the work on time. Our experience with Cee Bee Design was extremely wonderful. From the very inception of working on creatives/designs for our home till the final execution – they were proactive, responsive, and diligent in all of their activities. The quality of products, material and staff was top class, and all designs/installations was completed 30 days in advance. The staff of Cee Bee Designs are highly professional and were very engaging. CeeBee execution is top class as the carpenters have great skill. The project supervisor is pleasant and has everything in control. The execution matched the 3D model. Its not total value for money as the rates and cost are much higher than prevailing market ( in my opinion) Also cost creep while execution due to lack of clarity during estimation phase. For NRI they need to agree upfront on the payment terms since short notices are issued. The top management do not have the courtesy to interact with the client and leave it to the project team.

Its been a long journey with our home across pandemic days and years. But Cee Bee has been part of the journey throughout. We had contacted them quite early on in anticipation of our apartment handover and our discussions and design consultations started close to 1 year before the actual execution. Over the course of the weeks and months in between, they kept working with us, patiently hearing us out and listening to our changing requests and tastes on many occasions. They are extremely client oriented and are always ready to help and modify the designs as per customer needs. To be honest, this has been their biggest quality. During execution also, they were extremely committed to bring the 3Ds to life as accurately as possible. For cases where deviations needed to be done, they did their research and informed us on their recommendations. At every point, they showed great commitment and dedication for the project. Special thanks to Vijayji, Aman, Athulya, Abhijeet, Nikita, Dipali, Poonam and all the vendors who worked hard to give shape to our home. Thanks a lot to Chitralekha for her inputs and guidance. CEE BEE Design Studio (CBDS) has executed the interior work ( from design to finish) of our apartment in Kolkata. We selected CBDS after watching their youtube videos and one of their ongoing project. Now we can confidently say that we made no mistake. Our project has been completed by CBDS beautifully and without any time overrun. Team members of CBDS are young, energetic, courteous, highly efficient, and have a professional approach. Our interaction with Swati, Ankit, Manas, Ripon, Prakash, Soumya, Saika, Sneha, Partha, Snehasish to name a few of the CBDS team, has all along been delightful and pleasing. They designed and executed what exactly we wanted. Kudos to the robust system of CBDS, which helped us to get our job done without much supervision from our side. Cost & prices, in our opinion, are competitive in Kolkata. A friendly suggestion, though, for CBDS management to incorporate better transparencies for buyout materials & jobs to boost clients’ confidence. At last, a huge thanks to the entire CBDS team.

We trusted CeeBee with our dream and thoughts about our house when we thought of renovating it and CeeBee made sure that our dreams becomes reality thus making our house as a Home to Live-in.. Thanks to the whole department of CeeBee who are associated with it..

Thanks to Cee Bee Design studio our house which we had purchased and only had the basics, now looks like our home. We had watched a few of their YouTube videos and liked the work they had done so we contacted them and Sneha and team did a wonderful job of listening to our thoughts and putting them into the 3D designs. Our home looks very close to what the 3D looked like. Sneha and team worked with us through each stage of the design, to making it a reality and also helping us find the furnishings/lighting. There were a couple of items we had taken the time to pick up with the team but due to Covid and lack of materials, we had to adjust and select new things but in the end it worked out. We couldn’t be happier. All our contact was done online via video calls and messaging as we were out of the country during the time and all was very smooth. Thank you all once again…we can’t wait to enjoy the new home.

We had gone through a couple of interior design firms before finally deciding on Cee Bee Designs, and we can very gladly say that we made a perfect choice. 

 Right from the onset, the interior team has been very professional in guiding us through the whole interior designing process - the floor plan, furniture layout, 3D designs, and interior workings of each piece of furniture. The design team, specifically Riyanka and Abismruta involved us in each step and patiently took our suggestions. The 3D designs helped get a better idea of the outcome, and to most parts it was the same, or sometimes better. Our favorite area is the kid’s room. We had entrusted the design of this room solely to Riyanka and Abismruta, and are extremely delighted with the way they materialized the theme of Avengers for the room while evolving it to a pre teens taste. Nikita has been instrumental in seeing through the project in its final stages and due implementation of the design part. 

 The team also helped us through the buyouts of almost everything we needed for our home, and Aman ensured we got a good range of options and a discounted rate from premium brands. 

 There were a few areas that had to be redesigned due to construction restrictions, and the project was delayed beyond its due time, but the team was very patient and professional about it. 

No design is complete without its proper execution, and for this, the site supervisor Vijay has been solely the man of the hour. His attention to detail, professionalism, dedication and brilliant project management have been a great contributor to us getting our dream home as we had wanted it to be. We could trust him with any decision on site and could rest assured that his judgment was the best without any compromise on the final quality of work. Even if wanted work done a different way, we were bound to go the ‘Vijay way’, as he knew what was best for our home. 

Finally, a big thanks to the project head Abhijit for handling the team and the project in a professional manner, and lending an ear to our queries whenever we had any. 

 Thanks to the people behind the scene- the workers on site, accountants, and supervisors who all worked together with the Cee Bee team to bring fruition to our home.

Contract at your own risk. For us working with them: We lost the excitement of decorating our first hard earned home Timeline perspective: - Start of execution: November 2021 - Promised Time: Jan 2022 end - Move in (with good amount of work pending) : March end 2022 - All work completed: Last item still pending (September, 2022) Their way of working: 1. Do a lot of mistakes (will list down below and laughable), never own those mistakes as according to them they are done by their workers (I thought thats why we hired these guys) and then try to fix those mistakes for long time. 2. Owner needs to be site supervisor if you want to move in. Otherwise they can go forever 3. Owner needs to follow up on literally everything, otherwise they do not give any update or do anything 4. Talk smoothly, take minimum 20% extra in all the work (as they are coordinating) but at time of mistakes it is not in their hands and not their mistakes. Mistakes: 1. They charged us for floor protection (they returned that back), but spoiled the flooring of living room and now new home has big marks on living room floors (proof in attachment) 2. Kitchen hob and kitchen chimney space was not in same place and that too by good distance (Very basic right), So had to redo upper shelves again 3. Again did wrong colour of upper shelves of kitchen 4. Dinning table, center table we needed to return multiple times before they made it like 70% of what was agreed upon in design 5. They (according to them their carpenter), spoiled a costly corner unit in kitchen. They tried to replace it. but then according to them due to material shortage (which came to our house in july) and their mis management, is still not fixed. We had to go for 2-3 weeks daily to site morning to evening so they can finish enough work so that we can shift to place in time as we had our relatives coming in.
