“I own a 1920's Gardener's cottage that was once part of a country estate, run down and falling apart at the seams, unlived in for many years. After making the structural repairs, I needed someone to come in and take over the project, creating what I hoped would become a magical guest hideaway. I had seen several homes that Kathleen Schippers had renovated and I fell in love with her work. She has a wonderful sense of space and color, creating rooms that invite you in. I wanted someone who could make the space practical and feel lived in, while at the same time creating an excitement and beauty for my family and guests. Kathleen did it all! The project was finished in a timely manner and on budget. My expectations were exceeded and now everyone who walks into the cottage is absolutely wowed. She has blended the old with the new, and though it retains all the charm of the 1920's design, it softly brings in some contemporary elements as well. As soon as you walk in the front door, you feel as though you have entered into this beautiful space, but you totally feel at home. Best of all, Kathleen has a down to earth style that makes you feel so comfortable when you're working together. She listens and incorporates what you are hoping to create into her method of design, and you feel very much a part of all the planning and decisions. Kathleen made doing this project fun, and that in itself is a testimony to her work.”

“I had recently swapped my dining and living room furniture as we never used the living room, and only used the dining room for larger groups and needed lots of space a couple of times a year. Sarah Herman's came recommended to help me with curtains, carpets, light fixtures and artwork, transforming my furnishings into masterpieces. She was exceptional at tuning into what my preferences were and came up with beautiful options in my budget. I could not be happier with the end result. Every single person who comes to my home compliments the decor of these rooms. I love sitting in my sitting room (previously the dining room) as it is warm and inviting. The new dining room is spectacularly outfitted with a classic Tuscan feel that adds a lot to our culinary experiences in that room.”

“Adair staged my living room, all in a matter of 2 hours by simply changing furniture placement and angling each piece of furniture in a way that is so inviting and comfortable. She has a talent to use accessories in a way that is useful, not just decorative. I am so very pleased with the results. I didn't know how to move forward after painting my living room and how to incorporate color and texture. Adair did that. She is knowledgeable, attuned to your needs and loves what she does. She also took me on a shopping spree at Home Goods just to be more confident with how to complete a room. So, the learning went beyond my home. I am so grateful for her help! I know she will be there for my next challenge, as I would hire her again in a heartbeat!”

“Nicole is absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about her and the interior decorating services that she provided for us. Nicole originally helped us in a historic home in Jacksonville. She was incredible at learning what we wanted, matching the neighborhood feel, and making the house feel just right. We then unexpectedly moved to the beach!! “Stephanie worked with me during a whole house renovation to select lighting, paint colors and other fixtures for my home. Once construction was complete she completely decorated my entry/living room. It is a uniquely shaped room and it looks absolutely stunning. She was so wonderful to work with and provided amazing options to choose from. She took our input but didn't let us make mistakes. A few years later we moved our primary home in PA.
