“Simply put, Ginger Woods Design just gets it. Ginger and her team took my wishlist and miss mash of random idea and turned my vision into a reality. They were so easy to work with and completely understood what I was going for, even when I had trouble expressing it. When I was at a loss for ideas, they had amazing suggestions. Ginger was always accessible for a question or a quick email with the subject line "what about this?". My commercial project - a play cafe - was unique and we did not have much in the way of a model. The end result is fantastic. Our business is booming and not a day goes by when someone doesn't say: who designed this? Where did you get that? What a great idea.”

“I had recently swapped my dining and living room furniture as we never used the living room, and only used the dining room for larger groups and needed lots of space a couple of times a year. Sarah Herman's came recommended to help me with curtains, carpets, light fixtures and artwork, transforming my furnishings into masterpieces. She was exceptional at tuning into what my preferences were and came up with beautiful options in my budget. I could not be happier with the end result. Every single person who comes to my home compliments the decor of these rooms. I love sitting in my sitting room (previously the dining room) as it is warm and inviting. The new dining room is spectacularly outfitted with a classic Tuscan feel that adds a lot to our culinary experiences in that room.”

“We found Nile by searching the ASID.org website seeking a well-regarded interior designer. We were attracted to many of Nile’s designs on his website, and hired him after interviewing several other designers. He stood out from other designers in the ideas he could offer in only our first meeting. We had very little time to devote to designing our home yet had high expectations, and entrusted Nile to help bring out our taste. The job involved designing and furnishing our main floor rooms including family room, living room, dining room, and foyer in a large open concept house. Nile did a fantastic job, offering us choices that reflected our style, and providing his expertise on how to bring our eclectic preferences to life. He struck the right balance in advising us when our ideas may or may not work out, providing lessons learned from his experience and those of his peers, and effectively communicating with us throughout the process, from start to finish. “Umoja Homes really supported me by envisioning what could be true for my project. Even though my project was based in a different state, I received personalized support, knowledge and guidance that helped me to thoughtfully and masterfully navigate my vision. We also wanted to update the interior, making it more inviting and use-able for our family needs while still honoring the feel of this century old home. When we first spoke with Emily, we knew right away she would be someone to help make this massive transformation, a joy, rather than burden. From start to finish, Emily was incredible, patiently listening to our visions for the house, curating designs, textures, colors, and pieces, all based on observing and understanding our own styles. “Audra Fine at Deconstructed Living helped us furnish and decorate our home in Margate NJ. It was new and had nothing. She was respectful of our tastes and budget. She took our input but didn't let us make mistakes. A few years later we moved our primary home in PA.
