I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Blue Masons, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't wish this level of incompetence and unprofessionalism on my worst enemy. First off, their customer service is abysmal. It's like they have no idea how to communicate with their clients. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, and each time it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. They were slow to respond, and when they did, it was clear that they hadn't bothered to actually read my inquiries. It's as if they don't care about their customers' concerns at all. But the real horror show began when they actually attempted to provide their service. I hired them for a home improvement project, and I can honestly say that I've never seen such shoddy workmanship in my life. It's like they had no idea what they were doing. The quality of their work was laughable – crooked lines, uneven surfaces, and just an overall lack of attention to detail. It's as if they were actively trying to do a terrible job. And let's not forget about the pricing. Blue Masons claimed to offer competitive rates, but what they delivered was anything but. They constantly tacked on extra charges for things that should have been included in the initial quote. It's like they were trying to squeeze every last penny out of me without providing any value in return. I had to hire another company to fix the mess that Blue Masons left behind, and it cost me even more money and time. Dealing with Blue Masons was a complete waste of both. Save yourself the headache and stay far, far away from this company. There are plenty of other reputable options out there – don't make the same mistake I did by trusting Blue Masons with your hard-earned money.
