We recently completed our home interiors with Asense Interiors, and I am very pleased with the overall experience. From the very beginning, Abhishek created a warm and welcoming experience during the sales process, setting the right foundation for the journey ahead. Vara Lakshmi, our designer, displayed exceptional patience and delivered designs that were minimal, functional, and elegant—perfectly aligned with our preferences. The production team, led by Zuheb, Shaan and Henry, executed the work swiftly and efficiently. Despite my being in the USA during the production phase, the progress was smooth and required minimal monitoring from my side, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and dedication. What truly stood out was the team’s commitment to addressing even the minor pending tasks at the end—something that is often difficult to get done. Their supportive approach made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Overall, I am delighted with the quality, professionalism, and dedication shown by the entire team, and I would be glad to recommend Asense to others.

We got our interior done from Asense and the experience was really great. The finish of the interior was exactly like we had designed and hoped for. The output of the interior work done by Asense is Good.We are happy with the outcome . Abhishek is the first person whom we have interacted from the Asense end he had explained everything very well and responded to our querries in a timely manner. Shezad is our project designer he is very polite and has more patience.He had listened to our requirements and designed the project. He had changed the designs multiple times as per our requirement.I am very thankful to him as the design of the flat came as per our requirement. Shezad never said a single word when ever we asked to change designs. He listens to our ideas and suggest the designs as per our requirement. Sayed has helped to finish the project than the date that was proposed.Sayed helped to finish all the electric works and fall celling painting on time even though we have requested for those works at the last moment. As the project manager sayed has planned the interior work schedule in a good way and assured that it was completed on time without any delay. Henry Supervisor of the project use to daily update on the project progress.I am very greatful to him as he was there only in the flat during the electric and cleaning works and made sure it was completed correctly .Thanks a lot for getting the fan point fixed and the time spent by you to get everything accurate. The carpenter team Tushara, Dinesh,Bappa,Suhas,Somanath worked very well and the cupboards outcome is elegant. Electric team Rahul, saiful, Gowthami, Arpana, Sumithra has done the work very well the fall celling work and lighting was elegant.Jugal painter worked Good and outcome is very good.Shaan project manager explained everything very well on who to maintain and clean the wardrobe. He explained everything in detail on how to use the removable and adjustable racks. Thanks a lot for the entire Asense team for working to provide elegant look for our dream house. A journey of making a house into your dream home can be very difficult if you don’t have the right interior design firm with you. After getting our 1st home designed by asense in 2019, it was a no brainer that we would go with them again when we purchased a 2nd home. Our first point of contact in the journey was Bishnu, from their sales team, who explained how the whole process will look like. We explained our requirements to him and he was able to share the initial costing with us. Happy with the estimate, we moved on to the crucial phase of designing. Abir did a wonderful job. He took our inputs, studied them and tried to incorporate it in the design. If he felt that something was not working out, he suggested modifications and only post our approval, incorporated the same in the design. Abir, as a designer, could very well understand what we needed and he went the extra mile to deliver the same. Even though, we asked for multiple iterations, he never refused and always delivered the revised versions as per the timelines. Post designing came the execution phase. Here, a big shout out to Tushar who was the project manager. He, with his team of experienced personnel led by Biswajeet, Rahul and Karthik made the whole execution very efficient, seamless and super quick. They used to share with us regular updates of their work and would also inform us if there were any deviations from the schedule or design due to practical challenges. The whole team was extremely professional and very process oriented which enabled them to deliver our beautiful home 1 month before the committed day. It was a real pleasure to work with asense interiors and we have already recommended them to our friends and colleagues.

Had an excellent experience in getting my interior done from Asense Interior Whitefield. They were very helpful right from the beginning , guiding through the whole process and executing it to the perfection and completing the project before time which was really great. Product Quality Good, Overall Design Experience Disappointing, Best to Avoid. Good: * We recently took service from Asense for the design of our home. * Product we order were wardrobe, TV unit, utility and kitchen unit and we're very happy with the finishing of the units. * They are functional, and we appreciate the quality of the work. * Sales representative Mr. Rishi was always quick and dealt with any query professionally. * The installation team was very polite, understanding, and diligent in their work. * Thanks to Supervisors Mr Umair, Mr. Shaan and Mr. Henry, both were supportive and responsive, ensuring the installation was completed with utmost care. * We would also like to acknowledge Carpenter Noor and his team for their excellent job." Bad: * However, our overall experience was disappointing. * As first-time homeowners, we had high expectations for a complete interior design solution. * We went to get Home design but got very little in terms of that. * We were hoping for more guidance and creative input beyond the basic unit designs. * We were allocated only 3 meetings with 2 hour slots, one of those used for choosing material. * We felt let down by the lack of holistic design guidance. * We were hoping for a more collaborative and creative experience, and unfortunately, we didn't get that. * We expected suggestions for room colors with a cohesive theme, ideas for kids' room decorations, and help with artifact and home decor placement. * We were told that decor suggestions would come in the form of links, and that paint colors were outside of their scope, except for a general tone. * We also inquired about balcony and entrance beautification, but were told that was not part of their service. * While I understand the importance of defining the scope of work, it felt like we were left to figure out the aesthetic details ourselves, which is not what we expected from a full interior design service. * We were left confused about what interior design meant to Asense. We also asked if a different package or a higher budget would have resulted in more comprehensive design suggestions, but the response was that scope of work, not budget, was the determining factor. * I provided this feedback during the process, hoping to increase the budget for design assistance, but the response lacked empathy and discouraged further communication. * During installation, I requested a small change to convert a fixed panel into an openable door, which could have been done on-site. I was quoted Rs. 12,000 for this. Therefore, be very careful about the precise design of what they are building, as it's sometimes difficult to fully visualize from 2D designs until installation. * I would not recommend Asense; they functioned more as glorified carpenters than home interior designers.

We had a really good experience working with the Asense team. All the members of the team that we interacted with were experienced, well-mannered, and mature. Our CRM Pretha was quite knowledgeable and helped us understand the process, the costs, the materials used, and the timelines. The other CRM, Henry, never missed sending a daily update about the progress and the blockers during execution. He was cheerful and proactive in keeping the execution team unblocked. Our Project Manager, Tusshar, was extremely well-behaved and coordinated well between us and the internal teams. We spent most of our time interacting with Shezad from the Design team. He was always calm, prepared, and had great taste in design. He was able to find a delicate balance between understanding our requirements, maintaining aesthetic integrity, and handling technical constraints while managing our budget. The execution team led by Sudip was really fast and efficient. A big shout-out to him and the team. He would run us by every decision wherever there was a difference between the plan and execution and make sure we made an informed decision even at the smallest of changes. Overall, it was a pleasure working with the Asense team. We would happily engage them in future commitments and recommend them to others who come by looking for our opinion.
